Our behaviours, i.e internal and external...i.e what we think and what we do...are emanating from our brain.
The neurotransmitters if secreted sufficiently then the neurons are able to interact properly and make all functions of brain to happen properly.
If less secretion then the functioning gets affected...our thinking gets affected...our moods get affected...our internal and external behaviours get affected...
if brain does not function properly then the hormone secretions and associated glands also get affected...this again affects our behaviors...e.g secretion of adrenalin...in general all urges and aggressive behaviours...in short all positive and negative behaviours are influenced by hormones...they also decide the functioning of various vital organs...
the health of brain and body depends upon what we eat...
nutritious food keeps brain and body healthy...our thinking and behaviour healthy, happy and peaceful...
if we eat junk then brain and body also become junk and our thinking and behaviours also become junk...emotions, the by product of thinking and behaviours also become junk...moods, the resultant of all these also become junk...
therefore food matters first...what food...when etc also matter...so timely eating of nutritious food is a MUST.
generally junk food is tastier than nutritious food and our body has urge for these...so, eat less junk and less frequently...that is all...
