Why so many wars, conflicts, unrest, fights?...Why issues of the kind of Sabarimala issue?...Why countries spend so much of money on Armed forces?

Dear all...THIS IS FOR ALL STUDENTS...many students ask me this question...even sociology students!!

(Psychology is the study of 'Behaviour of Human Beings as Individuals'!...Sociology is the study of 'Behaviour of Human Beings as groups!...Studying the books and history of these two subjects will not suffice, but analysing and thinking the causes, effects and solutions only will help to find permanent solutions!!)

Qn. Why so many wars, conflicts, unrest, fights?...Why issues of the kind of Sabarimala issue?...Why countries spend so much of money on Armed forces?

Ans: Simple answer is 'As long as we have RULING ATTITUDE AND GREED in human brains all these cannot be stopped. Only when technology develops to an extent of removing these personality traits from brains through Genetic Methods then no one will have these negative traits and become true and good leaders, managers and administrators, truly serving for humanity!!

For this question 'Why....?', many causes can be identified, but mostly they will be social. We might find solutions for these social reasons, but unless we remove these biologically, a total, ultimate and final solution cannot be achieved!!

Now the elaborate answer...

Several thousand years before when we were animals and 'food gatherers' wandering in forests and jungles like vagabonds for food and shelter, such issues were not there!

When we got sixth sense through evolution, when we became 'food producers', started living at one place producing our own food and making own shelters, when 'possessiveness' also came as a gift of evolution, the civilisation started and all problems we have today originated that time!!

Every individual is different and therefore, living together brings in problems at all levels. In a community living, whether inside home or in a society or in an organisation or a team or a group, adaptation to differences is a must. Else either the individual or all members in the community will suffer.

When problems in living together as a community started, rules, regulations, social systems, social structures, methods of functioning and development of societies were made by MEN!!

This is the time we required leaders, managers and administrators. Leaders who can create synergy, who can unite people beyond their differences and individual wants, needs and expectations towards goals of the community, who can lead by example...Managers who can effectively and economically manage the resources for prosperity of every one, administrators who can make policies for true common cause and execute them.

sadly, out of the various negative personality traits that came along the evolution GREED, POSSESSIVENESS, RULING mentality also came along. So, ruthless, egoistic, selfish, power hungry, authoritative, cunning, tyrannical, inhuman rulers were also born who divided the people, land and still ruling the people....from kings, to till now. They create problems and appear to be solving. Till such time these traits exist, this world will be a hell only. Rulers exist at homes, organisations, society, state, country and in the world everywhere!

The only solution that comes to my mind is inventing a chemical that will erase these traits genetically and all mothers give to their children like vaccines and after some generations there will no devils on this earth and all families, organisations, societies, countries and world will become real heaven without any borders, religions, caste, race and all such divisive things the rulers created!!
