hai all...
in this 'f' all indian culture our perception about anything and everything is wrong...so, we are unhappy, angry, frustrated etc...
we feel we should study well, get a good job, go at 9 and back at 5 and spend more fun time with people at home, go outing etc...we consider going to job is 'just to make money for living'...we feel we don't have any relationship other than getting salary....this is totally wrong perception...this can never give us success, happiness and good health...because we are not 'involved' our performance will always be low...we will not be liked by anyone...
the right perception is 'i am going to learn something new. The organisation has given me an oppurtunity to go there and learn every day something new!'..and for my learning they are giving me all the perks, salary etc, wow!!!'...this thinking will help us to do well on job, be happy, be healthy etc...try it out!...and this is the right perception...and during our learning process the organisation also gains, that is all!!

Third para is well said..those are my thoughts too..how to coordinate with team mates? How the turn negatives happening around positive?
ReplyDeleteany one who is with this thinking 'i am here on this earth to learn...i am here at this home to learn...i am here in this organisation to learn...i am here with this society to learn...i am here with this group to learn...'....such a person will always be happy, healthy and successful. Because he or she is in the PRESENT, brain is occupied, he or she will be creative too, every one will appreciate the work, he or she will get promoted, get more perks, get all abroad or best project chances...so that person will be happy...radiate jinga lala, happiness and peace...obviously others in the team also will be infected with this happy disease or they will consciously observe us ('how she is happy and successful?') and role model us...so, the entire team will become like us...if every one is positive and tuned to us, then everything will be positive only...where is the chance for negatives...if we radiate happiness and peace, every one in the team would like to spend all their time with us only...so, why would they go home...it would become a 'fevicol team'...bonded team...united one...you will hear members saying 'i don't like this (coding or testing) job...but i like every one in the team...they make the job so simple and enjoyable...the make the entire environs so beautiful...you don't know how the work is completed and time flies!!!'....the organisations can have any amount of stress busters like music, nature etc around but if the 'people' around are not ok, then the work place will become worst than hell!!....so, people, i.e we, matter more than anything in an organisation!!!
