During olden days the house was both working and living place for both the spouse and children. The relatives of parents and children were same. The life styles, beliefs, culture, needs and wants, expectations between people of same caste or religion or sub caste were same.

Today the working and living place of each member in family is different. The life style of every member in a family is different. The relatives or significant of people of parents are not same as that of children. The life styles, culture, defintion of family, marriage, profession, life, living, relationships, rearing children...life styles, beliefs, faiths etc of every person in each family, caste, religion, sub caste are different...so, caste and religion are only on paper...if you think that 'a person of this religion or caste will have this belief, faith, life style' etc then you are likely to get disappointed!!...

Therefore, traditional life does not exist anymore...and it is not possible in an achievement, career and profession centric world of today and in future...therefore, everything needs to be redefined accordingly...one has to change in all domains...changing in only one and not in others, will only lead to failures in all domains of life!!..
