The right method of parenting should result in future-ready, globally-fit, independent and confident children who can take care of themselves in all respects from childhood, not dependent on others for anything including love-affection-care and all kinds of body needs, able to meet all kinds of challenges, with high levels of adaptability, flexibility and maturity, ability to get along with all kinds of people and cultures, decision making skills in life and organisations, ability to create their own wealth, fame, recognition, authoritative positions in societies and organisations, with high resilience, with strong-flexible-healthy body and mind with good health enhancing morals, values, ethics and life style as the back bone of life, free from health compromising life styles.

But mostly our pampering-comforting-parenting has been to spoil the children, make them totally dependent on parents or others for even their basics, follow all kinds of health compromising life styles, be crooks on the name of being smart, low morals-ethics-values on the name of ‘some how you should win and achieve’, to be rigid and highly sensitive to even small issues of life, with personality traits that are harmful-inharmonious and damaging for self and others around. They are not able to live alone, live in families or societies or organisations, Unable to make friends, remain alone and feel lonely and become a pain for self, parents, others around, organisations and society!!

Especially our mothers, to get the feeling of goodness of loving and caring their children, pamper them too much and spoil them!!

Parenting is not simple and easy the way it was a few decades ago, where truly every one grew up on their own…with bones growing as days passed by…without any structured grooming…dependent on the assets of parents…without any education and skill development commensurate with the demands of the employers, societies and social organisations like family.

So, it is a big challenge to groom children of today scientifically for the complex global future ruled by science and technology and uncertainty filled social and organizational dynamics in all spheres of life. If someone can not spare time for grooming their children it is better they don’t produce one as they will only produce pains for them and others for life time.

Don't get carried away with the advises of your parents and grandparents who only produced people of the past and present.

So…so…so…wake up present young parents and future parents!!
