why psychologists should not be called as total health professionals or health professionals?

psychologists are referred to as 'Mental Health Professionals'

Health means physical, mental and social well-being. Most of the health problems are caused by behaviours related to inputs and outputs of mouth and mind. Generally all psychologists address all these problems, especially health psychologists (body), social psychologists (social well-being) and clinical psychologists (mental). 

so, why psychologists should not be called as Total Health Professionals...or just Health Professionals?
