We blame all these pollutions for our loss of peace, diseases, ailments, disorders, happiness etc.
We are bothered and worried about soooooooooooooooo many pollutions happening around us spoiling our habitat!!
Are we bothered about our own BODY POLLUTION?...MIND POLLUTION?...RELATIONSHIPS POLLUTION??
Body pollution due to consumption of chemicals mixed in the food like preservatives. Packaged foods contain these. Melting of carcinogenic chemicals from packaged containers into food. Especially hot foods. Chemicals added to food for making them tasty and attractive. Food cooked in a health compromising way (deep fry) and using oil and such other dangerous stuff is a slow poison. Food polluted with polluted air, water, land etc. All these pollute our body, and bring-in diseases, ailments and disorders. We eat medicines which further pollute the body with side effects and kill the organs and systems slowly and steadily.
When we eat all these our body gets ignited and occupies all the mind, drives the mind, for satiation of further urges and cravings of the body. Body gets stressed. It creates thoughts, feelings, needs, wants and expectations from our own selves, from others around and from environment for satiation of the needs. It drives the mind, mad!!...End result is wasted time, energy, money, spoiled relationships, loss in productive time towards other things in life which we are interested in (passion, hobbies, goals, aims, achievements, activities that give happiness (social service, gardening, pursuing art forms, sports, listening to music, watching non provoking soothing movies, reading etc))
Mind pollution due to polluted body as described above due to polluted liquids, solids and gases that enter our body. Mind also gets polluted due to all the wrong (untrue) health compromising ideologies, faiths, beliefs, way of living, definition of life that we have created against the Dictate and Mandate of Nature, in the form of Strategies, Norms of Social Living, Myths of Social living etc. All these result in personality traits that are health compromising. Polluted mind further affects the polluted body. It drives body to indulge in unsafe activities, illegal activities and crimes which can cripple our life in jails.
Polluted body and mind also affect our socialization, as we go to others for needs, wants and expectations, there by affecting our relationships and making us alone and feel lonely leading to depression and suicides.
There are many good human beings who all the time worry and fight against animal killing, animal abuse, advocating stoppage of consumption of animal food and products of animal foods. Some of them even tell plants have life and therefore don't kill the plants, it pains them, so eat only fruits and vegetables, by plucking which the plants do not feel pain and they produce these for consumption of others, don't eat leaves, stem and roots etc. But are the aware that their own body cells, tissues, organs and systems are crying against the pollution and due to their abuse of body and mind with preservatives and other chemicals which go along with food while cooking, packaging, serving, transportation etc.
Are we born for eating only?...That too all these health compromising foods??...Are we born to live and enjoy the life with only the BODY URGES??...Have they ever given peaceful happiness other than urged-craved-never satisfying-pleasures??
Sedentary life style drives the body for such sedentary health compromising foods resulting in diseases, ailments and disorders that give PAIN. Pain is unbearable. It makes us to feel 'IT IS BETTER TO DIE RATHER THAN LIVING WITH THIS PAIN!!'. Are we ready to take injections every day??...During such painful times and when doctors tell us 'You have cancer!.You have AIDS!...Your liver is gone!...Your kidneys have failed!...Your heart is gone!..You have ulcer!!' we realise and it is too late by then and we can't save our body. We lose the only opportunity of enjoying this life!!...Our dreams, aims, passions, and goals will all get burried in the grave with us or get burnt on pyre in crematoriums!!
What is the way out?
Body is asking and driving you mad due to wrong health compromising life style.
Do yoga.
Sleep by 10 pm and Get up early and go for walks, runs, cycling etc.
Breathe fresh oxygen. Take long and deep breathes as many times as possible.
Play group games involving fun, physical activity and sweating. Play to enjoy rather than winning.
Do meditation at least for 5 mts. Practice meditative living.
Laugh a lot.
Eat only fresh foods. Avoid unhealthily cooked, packaged, chemically treated and cooked foods. Carry stainless steel containers for parcels.
Eat more of leaves, stem, flowers, vegetables, water rich fruits, radish and carrots.
Avoid other roots and fruits.
Avoid animal food and products.
Indulge in health enhancing life style pursuits...Keep away from health compromising life style pursuits.
Be with Nature, or create Nature around you.
Be assertive to say NO to any one when they urge you for all the health compromising thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
Your body and mind are the most important than anything and anyone. Not worth gaining anything by spoiling these two vitals which are important for making all our dreams to come true, to achieve all our goals and aims in life. Back bone of relationships is RESOURCEFULNESS!!....So, if you are having good human qualities and other resourcefulness, no one will leave you from relationships!!
Slowly reduce all the above. Slowly change your life style. So, that you are able to sustain the change for entire life. Abrupt and aggressive change over night will stress the body and mind, will urge you, force you not to change, then you will give up, fall prey to the devils of health!!
When you do the above, slowly you will relieve your mind from body. You will enjoy everything, every moment, every activity, every person, every relationship. You will enjoy the pleasurable feeling of goodness too without urges and cravings. Your body will listen to the mind. Your mind will listen to the body. Both will reach the self regulating capacity. They will not disturb your life and living. Your mind will be balanced, peaceful, calm, cool and steady. You will be able to focus, concentrate, be in the present. You will understand everything you read. If you read one page, your brain will be able to think hundred pages out of it. Your intelligence, creativity and hardworking capacity will improve. You will never get tired. You will always feel fresh and rejuvenated. You will do well in your profession, passion and relationships. You will be able to work hard. You will not feel tired. No pains of body, mind and relationships. No Diseases, ailments and disorders. You will be able to plan, coordinate and execute all your plans at home, office, personal and social lives. You will reach your goals. Your aims will get achieved. There will never be confusion in your mind. You will always be able to take decisions that are good for you and others. You will understand the value and meaning of life, relationships, people etc. You will become a good, noble human being. You will be liked by all. you will be successful. Never you will go wrong. No one can exploit you or cheat you. You will always be able to sense, avoid or break the strategies of others on you. You will have a strong body and mind. You will have the best of the people in your relationships. You will always feel enlightened, elated and orgasmic through your mind, without usage of the body for these. You will be successful in your personal, social, organisational, family and spiritual lives!!..Your life will be happy, healthy, contented, fulfilled, self actualized and self transcended.
And most importantly, GOD, KARMA WILL ALWAYS BE WITH YOU!!
So...... the crux is....everything and all the above depends mostly upon the liquids, solids and gases that go inside our body!!
When these are healthy, create and motivate us for health enhancing life style, help us to sustain this life style to form a habit...and help to radiate and spread as culture to all around!!
Mothers are the best people who can bring this inside the homes through positive methods with love and affection in words, feelings and behaviours.
