there are sooo many changes occurring in all domains of life. Should we adapt to all and everything?...Is it possible?..

Dear all...THIS IS FOR ALL...
Adaptation is the basis of peaceful, healthy and successful living.
Adapting to people, places, environs, organisations, life situations, climate, destiny, changes in life style, culture, education system, economy etc is the minute to minute and day to day activity, whether consciously or subconsciously.
When we don’t adapt, we feel stressful, we lose peace, happiness and life becomes a hell!!
But there are sooo many changes occurring in all domains of life. Should we adapt to all and everything?...Is it possible?...Will it not be stressful?
Some of the changes are HEALTH ENHANCING. Some of the changes are HEALTH COMPROMISING.
So, we should adapt to health enhancing changes...which are called the good changes.
We need not adapt to health compromising changes for any feeling of goodness we derive due to it.
Wherever we adapt, we must find out the methods of adapting through health enhancing methods and change with the change.
e.g All types of fast food, non healthy liquids-soilds and gases are available with the status-brand. An image has been created by the manufacturers that by drinking or eating them or visiting such places where they are available can give them a status symbol, or give a modern or educated or elite person image/identity. They should be avoided at any cost.
Health enhancing life style is sleeping at 10 pm, getting up early at 5 am, doing yoga, meditation, walks, runs, group games, being in present, defining life as a “Journey of Learning”, accepting people and life situations as they are, attaching more with nature, caring and supporting people unconditionally and devotionally, day by day improving step by step in different knowledge, skills, experience and wisdom till death and giving all these to others.
Health compromising life style is not sleeping 7 hours during night, not doing any relaxed physical exercises that result in sweating, elated feeling etc, eating all health compromising foods, missing meals, late or early meals, not eating balanced diet, drug abuse, sending health compromising gases-liquids and solids inside the body, mind full of negative thoughts, experiencing negative emotions and feelings, having health compromising habits and behaviours etc, following beliefs, convictions, rituals and definition of life and living which are health compromising.
So, the crux is adapt to health enhancing changes and in health enhancing ways!!
