Every one in love (actually a lust or combination of both) suffers in it because of following reasons...
1. comparing their love and lover with those of others'
2. frustration that the body creates as a coping mechanism to manage the unfulfilled biological, physical or mental needs...
college students and many in other age groups also fall in love...they say it has no element of body lust...but they know that it has that element too...
1. no one falls in love with an old man or old lady whose muscles and skin are shrunk
2. lots of biological and physiological changes take place in side the body when they think about their lover or meet them in person or come in close proximity
3. so there is an element of lust, which the nature wants for reproduction and the life to continue on earth...
when one has the need the other does not have...the intensities also differ...types of that need also differ...
so, coping mechanisms is the only way...concluding that the other person does not have love or less love etc is not correct...
1. reduce the urges through healthy body and mind life styles
2. apply coping mechanisms to manage the urges
3. avoidance and repression are not healthy methods
