Hai all...for all those who felt sad after reading my post on FAQ of love (THEORY OF LOVE...OR FLUID DYNAMICS OF LOVE) here is a soother...
Never feel sad. If you are feeling sad of a broken love, just forget it!!...If you feel 'no one loves you!' just forget it...it is very very simple to make the entire world and human race to love you…including that boy or girl who did not love you…you know how?
“if you are ready to give unconditional love to others and willing to accept unconditional love from others” you are sure to get loved by all!!...you will also experience love with all!!
After reading this if you feel ‘Bullshit!! Don’t talk like those monks!!....talk like a practical man on earth!!’…yes…I repeat the same again…
when you love all unconditionally you will find that you are radiating peace, love and happiness…(i have explained the method as to how to love unconditionally or how to acquire that skill, at the bottom of this post!!) everyone will get attracted towards you…
now you select the one person who has fired the bullet and holed your heart!!...He is your soul-mate!!...he is going to be your anchor of love and life. As he has shown unconditional love to all and a special love to you, which you have figured out from his behaviours, it is unlikely that both of you will get possessiveness or obsession…provided both of you follow spiritual path, practice yoga, meditation, good life style of eating, sleeping, stress free life, positive psychological behaviours etc…
so, this way….1. you will love all….2. you will get your soul mate too with whom you can enjoy your private personal life too…3. You will continue to love all others without the ‘special’ component of physical attraction…4. You will also have the mental strength to keep all others in the outer orbits to circle around you while you remain with your soul-mate safe inside the nucleus…!!!
Does this sound logical and useful????
So, don’t feel sad that some one did not love you…that some one cheated you…that some one dropped you…that you lost all the faith and trust you had on a person….
1. Just get up early and go for jogs, walks, gyms or do all these in the evening and do yoga in the morning…(if you do them in the morning, then do yoga in the evening!)
2. Sleep for a minimum of 6 hours in the night…uninterrupted continuous sleep
3. Eat only healthy nutrients diet designed by you in consultation with a dietitian
All the above are to keep your hormones and neurotransmitters in balance
4. Assume that all are good loving people…read a lot about spirituality and follow them...everyone wants love…believe me, all are beautiful…no one is ugly on this earth…everyone has the arousal factor…so, don’t worry about the skin colour or figure or appearance etc...with all that i explained here you will have the divine arousal power and enjoy the divine physical relationship with your soul-mate...unlike others who only enjoy(!!) animal physical relationship....
5. Be cheerful, helping, loving to all…radiate happiness and peace…be like Sharukh Khan characters and mother Teresa in your personality attributes...
6. To your surprise you will find suddenly everyone has started liking and loving you…
7. You will find every one trying to find out how you changed like this and your activities, which became habits will spread to others also to form a culture around you…you will create a radiating community around you...
8. Now everyone will be radiating and loving like you…
9. Spread your definition of life through your behaviours, through vocal also
10. Live the meditative living I keep saying and spread this to others too
11. Meditate during small time breaks you get of one minute or two or more..i.e think about something or someone or some place or some life event which gives peace and calm mind.
12. Spread this to others too
13. During this process after some time you will be able to figure out that guy who is your soul mate…who matches with you in all dimensions…not possessive, not greedy, takes life cool while being ambitious, keeps growing unlimited, never ages etc…latch on to that guy to live your special love life.
Do you agree now that you got your love, while you love all unconditionally?
In fact this is the way to select the life mate too…but unfortunately our love and selection of life mate etc are only through infatuation…as our life style has been not like the above…all animal like!!!...so we only like animals!!
So, first start radiating and then select that guy of your life who is also radiating…
