Dear all...
Our body is created by Nature.
Brain is a part of the body.
So, brain is created by Nature.
Nature has programmed many issues in our brain related to the growth of organs, likes and dislikes, interests, passion, needs, wants etc to emerge...to blossom like a flower....at different phases of life as we grow from birth to death.
All these produce related thoughts, feelings, behaviours, emotions, relationships in us to satiate all the things listed above.
So, brain forms the mind with those in the above two paras and it accordingly makes the body to go, move, do everything it does.
When this is disturbed, restricted and controlled, both the mind and body get stressed.
Stress produces urge to break the controls.
It also produces anxiety, frustration, anger, sadness, weird thoughts and depression.
So, stress produced all negatives.
But Nature also has given the ability to regulate the body and mind to seek only those good, healthy for them, with out any need for control, without any urges, to think positively, to keep the thinking, feelings and behaviours that will give it 1. peace....2. health......3. happiness....4. contentment of body needs....5. self actualisation through indulging in active mind-and-body living, eating only those good for health and may be rarely and less eating of those who are bad-for-health-good-for-tongue foods, yoga, meditation, aligning with Nature and its directives.
This keeps the mind and body away from stress.
This keeps us away from anxiety, frustration, sadness, fights, strained relationships, needs, wants, expectations, depression etc.
All society created beliefs, thoughts, feelings and expected behaviours that do not flow with the directives of Nature, through its programming in the brain, will lead to stress and all negatives listed above.
so...so....so....so....so....
1. Align with Nature.
2. Be creative. Dance. Sing. Paint. Create music. Do anything that is creative. May be any Art form. Sixth sense is all about this.
3. Think about 'cause and effects' of naturally occurring variables....don't look at neighbours and opposite house dwellers
to monitor their behaviours and think 'cause and effects'. This is not exercising sixth sense. It will no way help us for our good health and growth in any way.

4. Keep the body with the mind, mind with the brain and brain with Nature!!!
5. Noooooooooooooo way that you will have mind related illnesses or issues related to relationships.
