THIS IS FOR ALL STUDENTS WHO ASPIRE TO STUDY ABROAD!!

Dear all...THIS IS FOR ALL STUDENTS WHO ASPIRE TO STUDY ABROAD...
we should be clear about the purpose or aim.
1. To study about a specific subject or do a course of our interest and passion at a specific institution of repute?
2. To learn something from an individual or organisation that is specialised in something we like?
3. To visit abroad, live abroad?
4. To enjoy the student life abroad?
5. To get that 'gethhu' feeling to satisfy the ego?
6. Because all friends are going, 'peethhify' and talk about their place, life, living, post pics?
7. to know about people, their lives,
8. to experience different cultures, different climates?
9. to make a big money and wealth?
10. to escape from the atrocities of the parents, people at home, relatives?
11. you feel suffocated, caged with the culture, rituals, beliefs...want to breath freedom by flying away to some other new place, new people, new culture, new climate, new way of living etc?
Studies abroad requires money for studies and living...may be plenty of money in terms several tens of lakhs or crores depending on the duration of study.
1. if the parents can afford this huge sum easily without much of hardship and sacrifice then there is no problem. (e.g politicians, film stars, big business people etc)
2. if it is medium income family then it is not possible. So, the country we select should be easy to get working visa, job for the course we do (which course we do, what we study is immaterial as long as we like it), so that we can work for some years and pay off the loans, else it can suck away our life, as loans are huge and many pay over decades!!
3. Climate and culture also should suit us.
4. possibility to get fees concessions, earn by working while studying also should be there...
5. possibility for permanent residency and escape to India if required, all should be there!!
so, in my opinion, before selecting the course and required entry level qualifications, we need to check out the above first (working visa, permanent residency, loan facilities, expenditures, climate, culture, oppurtunity to earn while working, fees concessions, stability of economy, job security at least till the loans are paid off, course that can fetch all the above) and then only we need to look at the required qualifications and equip ourselves for the admission procedures!!
Last but not the least, we should not do things to please others or get fame or status or respectability or acceptance from others...it should give us peace, happiness, health, contentment and self actualisation!!....Otherwise we will find emptiness after all the effort and one day will feel 'woffffff, i did a mistake and wasted my life!!'
Hope i am right and it is useful....
peacefully yours....rams!!
