"reality is painful, fantasy is pleasurable'....why and what to do??

Dear all...i happened to read a status update of some one as follows...

my comment on the above is as follows...



ya...in general reality is painful because of the culture, social and legal systems we have created against the dictate of Nature...but the body and mind, created by nature, wants to go by nature. Social systems are man made, so against nature. So, as the reality is painful, not pleasurable or does not give happiness, we choose to live in our own fantasy world, like children, which gives us happiness and pleasure, but no peace...no peace, because we resist the reality as it does not give us pleasure and happiness....peace can be obtained only in reality living by accepting it...so, chose to live in pains and reality or chose to live in the fantasy world of pleasure and happiness without peace, as the social system around will not allow you to live in peace. One escape is move to place where people, culture, social systems and legal systems support your definition of life and living.
