Dear all...THIS IS FOR ALL...
Most of the time the people having problem in mind or in reality get emotional, do not know how to solve the problem, and they try to find solutions to the problems through their 'emotions' or heart and not with their brain or reality and with clarity of thoughts.
But the people around, who act as Doctors, need to help them out using their brain and reality. They also should not enter in to the same emotions, get into panic, anxiety, sadness, anger, frustration etc (negative emotions) and enter into negative thinking and end up taking negative decisions and doing negative things or suggesting or advising negative things to the person in trouble.
So, the crux is...
1. When we have problem, we tend to go into deep negative emotional stages and deal the problem with the same negative emotions, negative thinking leading to negative behaviour. We need to know this and safeguard ourselves. First we need to keep cool, calm, balanced, stable and take positive perceptions as the lead for thinking or analyzing the problem to find solutions.
2. The people around acting as doctors should not get emotional and deal with the person and issue using brain and reality.
