'sir, i am unable to make a long lasting relationship with any one. I am scared. I am worried about my future married life!'

Dear all...THIS IS FOR ALL THE UNMARRIED PEOPLE...(married also can read, ESPECIALLY YOUNG PARENTS)

"Without EQUALITY, No relationship can be successful, long lasting, peaceful, happy, healthy and contented!!'

As children less than 2 years old we treat the children of opposite sex equal and we have no problem of adaptation with them. But as we grow, OUR CULTURE, UP BRINGING, society around, our parents, people around at home...all of them corrupt us with 'gender inequality' and spoil our future life, our relationships with friends, lover, wife/husband, soulmate, siblings etc, our peace, our health.

They tell us 'You are a Boy!...you should be like this. You should dress like this. You should walk like this. You should not be like this. You are the head of the family. You are the bread winner!' etc.

The result is the boy becomes egoistic, arrogant, bossy, 'not ready to listen to others' views', authoritative, dictator, with all sort of personality disorders, unable to gel with people, friends and especially with the girls in class, college, office and in married life.

Finally the same people at home blame us for not being adaptive and tell us 'useless guy!'.

This leads to people going away from us, failed marriage, failed love, failed friendships, failed professional life-social life-personal life.

On the other side girls are bring groomed to be submissive, without freedom, 'listen to the man', 'man is superior, head of the family and boss!'. She is told what all she can do, what all she can not do, how she should dress, walk, talk, behave etc...in a way to be submissive.

So, the crux is...

1. Parents, beware and groom the children to mingle all the time with opposite sex, groom equality, treat them with equality. First, at home, the parents should treat each other with equality. Then children learn this automatically. If equality does not exist at home, and preaching to children is of no use and THEIR LIFE WILL BE A MISERABLE FAILURE!!

2. All those grown up, need to unlearn this wrong social learning, accept that both sexes are equal, there is no one known as head of the family, every one has equal opportunity and right to express freely their views, opinions etc and the parents have to take a decision that is 'collective' that benefits the entire 'team' called family in the path of growth and adaptable to the changes happening around and not 'individual centric', primitive, 'not in growth path' etc.

3. This helps to tap the skills, intelligence, talents of every one in the family for the betterment of the family or home, improves the relationship to make it strong, peace, happiness, self-esteem, self-concept, self-confidence, trust worthiness, love and affection, caring, etc etc...it is a big list!!

4. So, let us groom equality, treat every one equal, bring down the gap between us and others, make better relationships, make us approachable, lovable, useful to others. Make us get benefited with the talents, skills and competency levels of others.

5. WITHOUT PEOPLE AND RELATIONSHIPS NO ONE CAN BE PEACEFUL, HAPPY AND HEALTHY AND EGO, INEQUALITY ARE RELATIONSHIP, PEACE, HEALTH AND HAPPINESS SPOILERS.
