Dear all...THIS IS FOR ALL...
I find many of us are sad, frustrated and angry most of the time. The reason is we analyse and think too much about every piddly issue in life. Most of the issues need not be researched. Many of the issues find natural solutions on their own in the passage of time.
Also We don't take all the factors related to the issue out of our mind on a paper and analyse. We keep everything in the mind and analyse as if we are Einsteins!!...This is another major cause of head ache.
when we analyse we attach too much of weightage or importance to conflicting factors. This is another reason. The reason is 'what and how we 'feel'' takes more importance than what it is or the truth is or the reality is.
So, the crux is...
1. Let us not analyse every issue in life.
2. Most of the issues become a problem in mind or reality because of our thinking.
3. Most of the issues are self healing and Nature finds solutions in the natural way and solves them without we taking any effort.
4. If at all unavoidable, let us not analyse in mind, but analyse on paper, listing down the factors and conflicting factors separately.
5. Let us not give same or more weightage for the conflicting factors. Let us look at how we can avoid first of all conflicting factors with positive perceptions.
6. If our mind is taking interest to analyse every small issue and we are unable to resist it then it shows that we are anxiety struck, mind is not healthy, it is not stable etc. We need to either take counseling or medication or both.
7. When we think too much, then we end up in analysing, judging, imaging, evaluating etc which results in too much of pain in mind, relationships and in life.
