"Creating an image is very difficult and maintaining this image is much more difficult"

Dear all...THIS IS FOR ALL...

Today i happened to read a sentence ...."Creating an image is very difficult and maintaining this image is much more difficult".

I think this is written by some one who is well soaked in our culture!!

Our parents try to project or create an image for themselves and family amidst relatives and friends' circles as if they are rich, powerful, living a posh life, they are well-to-do, belong to a community-with-status, try to attach themselves with groups and associations 'for status'. How do they do this?...By telling lies, by doing things that are socially acceptable, or by spending more than they can etc.

Children watch them, learn this without their knowledge and follow in their life too...this could be seen typically during the childhood and adolescent times when they want to create an image or identity for their own selves...they take parents, relatives and friends as Role Models!!

When you try to 'create'...something which is not natural...i.e actually you are not 'you'...you try to tell others that i am 'this' where as you are not!!...This is what i understand as 'creating an image or identity!'.

Other day one bachelor boy mentioned 'sir, when 'i am what i am' no girl comes to me. But when i show off, project my self as something else, then girls come to me!'. When i asked him 'Do they remain in relationship for longer time?' he said 'No...they go away in a month or two!'... showing sadness on his face...This shows clearly that when we 'act', when we are 'fake', when we try to project an image or identity that is not true...that is false... people go away because they feel they are in a fake environment!!

Obviously when you have created an identity and image that is fake, not true, not real 'you', then you are not happy...not peaceful...so you have to put in lotssss of effort, time, energy, wealth etc to maintain that...you are not contented and feel fulfilled in your life in that image or identity of yourself!!

This is what our culture teaches...our parents teach...our society teaches...our relatives and friends teach...i was also taught....i.e showing off that i belong to 'this religion'...'this caste'...'this language group'...'rich and elite group'...'this community'...etc...

I feel if we live our life truly, if we are GOOD HEALTHY, HAPPY, PEACEFUL, CONTENTED AND FULFILLED HUMAN BEINGS WHO RADIATE ALL THESE TO OTHERS...then everything falls in place...it is soooooooo simple to live like this...so, not difficult...no need to maintain the image etc...we are what we are!!...so no additional effort and conscious moves...we don't have to be fake...we don't have to impress others...we don't have to create a falls identity or image...and it comes naturally as we are natural and a reality...everyone will get impressed!!

And every one likes a happy person...a good human being...so every one would like to have us as their bestie!!

So, BE WHAT YOU ARE...BE A GOOD HUMAN BEING...RADIATE PEACE, HAPPINESS AND GOOD HEALTH!!...Let this be your image...and not all that our society teaches!!
