As managers, should we be 'people centric' or 'organisation centric'??

Hai all…all of us work in organisations…it could be Home or Office or a Social Organisation….
The question always arises whether the boss or the team lead or group lead or manager etc should be PEOPLE WELFARE CENTRIC or ORGANISATIONAL GOAL CENTRIC?
Autocratic managers will say “organisational goal centric’!...because as per them organisation has to win…
Workers and Unions will say “people welfare centric’…because as per them they have come to work only for earning money so that they can run their families…they will also say ‘without people, how can organisations exist?’
Some managers will say ‘balance both’…
In all the above cases only the managers are looking at the organisation…everyone else is looking at their personal life and family life …
as Indian people, families, societies and culture are family centric…their living is family centric…organisations are existing for them to earn their livings…
similarly women are meant for working at homes…over a period of time they have accepted to give them education so that they can teach the children and also can earn some money to run the families…
an average Indian father does not think about the country, organisation etc…he is all the time worried about their sons getting educated to get jobs and girls getting married and start living with their husbands, producing children and looking after the people at home (these days uneducated girls do not attract matches, can’t be sold in the market and have to remain unmarried and therefore our average Indian father sends her to school, college etc)
so, if some ladies are contributing to the organisations or country as Managers or Leaders, it may be due to those few evolved, matured, fully grown, developed husbands and fathers.
Ok…coming to the subject…
My policy is…’managers should make everyone to bother about the organistions and work towards the goals of the organisation and they should only work at ‘how to make them to forget their families and personal issues so that they are willingly, physically and mentally available in organisations thinking about achieving its goals’
Here more people are thinking and working towards organizational goals, less of people-created problems, people are motivated and the bosses only have to think, plan and coordinate. Time and energy for these three elements are also required only in the beginning and later they can focus less on these and more on the above para.
