Heard about 'physical exercise'...'mental exercise'...Have you heard about 'Social exercise'?....done it ever??

Dear all...IMPORTANT POST FOR ALL...what is health?...'a state of physical, mental and social well-being'...

for physical health we do physical exercises...

for mental health we do many mental exercises...in fact all the shared posts in face book are all such things only...they form the right mental structures, which make the right perceptions, which further transform into behaviours, emotions, concept of life and living etc...

for social health what do we do?...is there any exercise programme for this?

(many ask me for book reference for the issues i post...there is no reference...what ever comes to my mind i type here...that is it...)

yes...very much...health is not automatic...it is a conscious effort...for all the three elements ...i.e physical-mental-social...we have to do exercise....

in fact the first exercise we do moment we get up from bed should be
only social exercise...

1. give a nice hug and kiss to your husband / wife and children and tell them...'good morning darling!!...love you so much!!...you are my life!!'

remember...telling only is not enough....'hug and kiss' are important...why?

there is no living organism on this earth which does not want hugs and kisses...is there any one?...from birth to death hugs and kisses are important ...THEY ARE THE BASIC OF GOOD MENTAL HEALTH!!...

boys and girls fall in love for this...every married man or woman looks up basically for these...if they don't get from the default relationships, then their mind makes new relationships for this outside the defined social systems and their default relationships...

2. tell them also 'Don't worry...nothing can happen to you....i am there with you...i am for you!!'
tell the children to tell to their siblings and their friends all these...

3. tell this to your parents and other elders at home

4. after you leave the home greet in the morning at least 10 people 'Haaaaaaaaaaaai...good morning...have a great day!!'...with full of heart felt happiness, smiles, body gestures and face full of love!!

5. in case any of your friends are sad hug them and kiss them and tell them 'don't worry...nothing can happen to you...i am there naa!!'...and do what ever bit that is possible by guiding, suggesting etc at least...
if these things are done...

1. there is no way that any one can get mental health issues

2. spouses can not fight or hate or divorce

3. siblings will not fight...all children will become little Mother Teresas

4. every day will be a happy day and healthy day...the entire day will go great...

5. we will radiate only peace and happiness...

6. there is no way that we will have social health issues and all our social relationships will be healthy
finally, it will be only LOVE...LOVE...LOVE!!...we will become LOVE, we will make others LOVE, and our relationships will become only LOVE!!...(not carnal love, but spiritual love!!)
