If your body is healthy, your mind will be healthy...if your mind is healthy, all thoughts will be healthy...these healthy thoughts will throw away or unlearn all the health compromising learning that you have done from society.
All emotions and behaviours emanate from thoughts only...so, mind is important and healthy body makes the healthy mind...if both are healthy then your social relationships are healthy...the health enhancing social relationships support good health of your body and mind.
Body is made up of what you breath, eat, drink and your life style ie behaviours...includes sustainable exercise regime also. Don't blame the environment for health compromising things. Do the needful to protect the air that goes inside your nose, the food you eat and liquids you drink.
