Energy can neither be created not be destroyed. It only gets transformed from one form of energy to another form of energy.
All matter contain energy, whether living or non-living. So are we!...Therefore, we are a form of energy. We can neither be created nor be destroyed. We always remain within this whole system of universe in some form or the other. Present form is a conscious form wherein we have orientation of everything known to us. We may be in some other form later.
