All those who think that their way of living, life style is all perfect and bang on, should read this post!!

Dear all...THIS IS FOR ALL...
Stress...This is experienced by our body from the time the first cell is formed till death. No escape!!
Stress is essential to remain motivated to do our activities. But Positive stress or Eu-stress. Negative stress is damaging. But any stress which is more than our limits is damaging.
Creating stress and relieving stress is not healthy. Defining the life in a manner that is stress free is the correct thing. Doing the activities with a purpose of learning (i.e to be a peaceful, happy, healthy and a positive, good human being!), with creativity, with fun and entertainment is the way to do. Not with anxiety.
when we breath polluted air, drink un-natural water, eat chemical food, obviously the biological systems get stressed. More we move away from Nature, more we will get stressed. When we forget to be and enjoy with Nature, we get stressed. When we don't pursue art forms, we get stressed. When we perceive the responsibilities as duties to be performed with anxiety then we get stressed. More we live with sounds, we get stressed. More we live the way the society has formed, we get stressed. When we live the way nature has created, we get less stressed.
We have accepted diabetes and hypertension as usual aging symptoms, something similar to attaining age!!...We assume that every one gets and has to get these life style issues (hihihi...not illnesses as per our definition!!) when they reach their 30s!!..It is just normal!!...So, any one who does not have these are only looked at like 'diseased'!!...We call them Life style diseases, but we don't accept our life style to be wrong!...They have lost their sensitization value that they are serious and take the individual to grave!!...We have learnt to live with them, the way we have learnt to live with menstruation.
We smoke, drink and pursue all Pleasurable activities as stress busters, which are actually health compromising behaviours. The result is we land up with un realistic needs, wants and expectations from our own selves and others, land up with cravings and urges, and when not fulfilled we become sad, angry, frustrated etc, screw up our physical health and mental health, spoil our social relationships!!...So, we die while living and become dead one day!!....We call our culture as the best!!...Probably we don't know the definition of culture!!
Educated people and doctors (docs learn smoking and drinking during their MBBS only!!...Giving the reason of stressful studies!!...ha.haa.haa!!) also follow only health compromising behaviours, do not follow health enhancing behaviours, because they are not learned!!...They use their education only for making money, wealth, achieve fame, authority, promotions, higher hierarchical positions in organisations, not for living peacefully, healthily and happily!!
Those who do not love and respect their parents, siblings, lovers, spouses, soul mates only indulge in health compromising behaviours, die in front of the people who love them, abandon them, and leave them alone on this earth!!
But there are soooo many health enhancing behaviours which our vedic time ancestors have left for us. These help us to live stress free. There will be no stress. So, no question of the need for stress busters. But we don't pursue, because they are not pleasurable. But they give happiness. The issue is we get confused with pleasure and happiness. Pleasure is more attractive than happiness!!...We repeat behaviours that give us pleasure!!...Sources of happiness are the ones which does not give us urges and cravings and all the negatives listed above, relieve the mind to do its sixth sense related activities beyond meeting the needs of the body.
So, stress free life is possible when we live the way the vedic time ancestors have defined the life and lived. We can become like the 'Yezham arivu" surya...ie Bodhisattava...become powerful in body and mind, while being disease free, which is the need of the hour to be a lower most worker or a CEO of an MNC!!
so, the crux is...
1. Follow health enhancing behaviours to live stress free, disease free, and be an achiever too!!
2. Animals don't follow health compromising behaviours. So, let us live like animals which is more human living!! (ha.haa.haaa!!)...Bending the body like animals do, is what is asana. and let us do them to get self regulating body and mind, to get balanced hormone levels, like animals!! (ha.haa.haaa).
3. Health compromising behaviours are for devils. Not for humans. So, let us leave these to the devils!!
4. If you love, respect and have affection towards your significant people at home and life, then follow health enhancing behaviours!!
