How to identify who are fit for a married life and who are not fit for a married life?

Dear all...THIS IS FOR ALL...
All of us have a body and mind. All our positive or negative issues of life originate, live, create all the problems of body and mind, or give happiness and pleasures and terminate within these two only.
Some desires remain unfulfilled, get pushed by us as a defense mechanism in the subconscious or unconscious mind and produce all sorts of painful erroneous behaviours resulting in personality disorders. It affects our mental, physical and social well-being badly!!...E.g unreasonable head aches, feeling of heavy chest congestion without any issues related to cardiac system, heavy mood swings, depression, unable to take decisions. Without cleaning and emptying this subconscious and unconscious part of minds, we can not meditate or live peacefully, happily and healthily. Most of the people have this problem. Thanks to our great parents who teach us all the negative defense mechanisms which results in this state of many!!
Body is animal like. It has lots of basic survival needs and comfort needs (wants). It can not achieve these without the support of the mind. So, it pushes the mind to create thoughts, feelings and behaviours to achieve them.
If we live a sedentary life style, eat all crap, these id related cravings and urges are more. So, the mind remains occupied with these urges most of the time. And it always runs to get these to satisfy the body and put it at ease, so that the mind can rest or think about bigger issues of life, what we call as philosophy, i.e related to the sixth sense.
The body related issues are painful or pleasurable. It gives momentary short lived happiness and keeps repeatedly creating the same needs and urging the mind to repeat those pleasurable behaviours. It also tells the mind not to repeat the behaviours which are not pleasurable. When not achieved it makes the mind to feel sad, frustrated, angry, anxiety struck, resulting all negative thoughts, feelings, emotions and behaviours. It can even result in illegal behaviours, antisocial behaviours or even suicides, other crimes and murders.
There are two extremities. One - Zero body needs. I.e the body just needs some food and water. It does not need physical intimacies or sex. It does not find the 'feeling of acceptance' through the body related behaviours like huggs, kisses or sex or such other related behaviours. This is the one extreme. People with such body state obviously will not need marriage, family life, relationships with opposite sex for the body needs, their mind is totally free, it always thinks about philosophy beyond the normal day to day life, which others live. They are unfit for a normal married, reproductive, family life which we all know. They don't get thoughts, feelings and behaviours required for reproduction, producing children, rearing children. They don't have the orientation for family roles as father, mother, husband, wife, lover etc. They don't exhibit roles, responsibilities, statuses related to this part of family social living. They appear weird, but with some truth, some sense in what they speak, but not possible in reality etc. They will be the most peaceful people on earth. They will be able to do all sorts of discoveries and inventions if they have high intelligence, hardworking nature, or even average intelligence with hard work. They can contribute much more to ensures peace, happiness and good health for the humanity. They will be compassionate and god like. They will be referred to as mahans or real gurus etc. They can give the real philosophies of life. Without reaching this state, true meditation is not possible. They will have very strong mind. They realise their need for 'feeling of acceptance' through social service, philosophical service, being attached to people through sixth sense, wisdom, knowledge etc. Examples are all those who did not live a family life and became great philosophers e.g Lord Buddha.
The middle category are the people who live a life style with yoga, a good exercise regime for body-mind and social relationships, their body is self regulated in such a way that it asks only healthy food, it does not crave or urge for unhealthy food, their mind thinks only about health enhancing behaviours, it thinks always only positives, it can not think negatives, the mind is very healthy, so it dose not think health compromising thoughts, so the emotions and behaviours created are also health enhancing and not health compromising. They are able to create a self regulating body and mind. They are able to live a reproductive family life. They have all positive emotions, responsibility feelings, thoughts about family, duties and responsibilities, understand their social status in the family and society, know their roles related to these statuses, they know what they have to do to be a good son, daughter, mother, father, sister, friend, lover, husband, wife, soulmate, etc. They are able to do all these. They can meditate or live a meditative life which i keep describing in my posts. They are able to live a peaceful, happy and healthy life. They are able to maintain good social relationships with all. They are able to balance the family, personal and social life. They are liked by all people at home, organisations and society. They are able to balance everything in life. They are philosophical too. They work, earn, reach higher positions in organisations, live peacefully, happily, healthily, contented, fulfilled, a self actualised and a self transcending life. They are not corrupted by the negatives of the society, social beliefs, all rights and wrongs of the society etc. They live a balanced life, detached life, while remaining attached with the people at home, organisations and society.
The other extreme is with zero exercises for body, mind and social relationships. They don't do yoga or any exercise. They have very high body urges and cravings. They have high needs for the body. So, their mind is always occupied with the body needs. Their mind and body is all spoiled. They eat all crap. They are not peaceful. They are always sad and depressed. They get angry fast. They fight with every one. Only negatives about life, people, situations, work, organisations, society appear in their mind. All these create negative thoughts, negative feelings, negative emotions, negative behaviours. Their beliefs are all negative to their own body, mind and social relationships. They will not be peaceful, happy, healthy, contented, fulfilled etc. They can not live a happy and peaceful family life. They may not be able to achieve bigger things in life. Even if they achieve they will lose a lot in life, including their health, relationships, wealth etc. Most of us are like this. They are clueless about what is required and important in life. They always run behind money and wealth. They are like mad dogs. Those in this category with very high intelligence will suffer a lot due to their high intelligence also. The intelligence will not help them to be achievers and it will only be a hurdle in their life. Like an aero engine fitted on a bicycle. They are totally biased with all the negatives of the society, social beliefs, rights and wrong thoughts of the society. They can't think. They feel it is a burden to think. They are not confident on their own selves. They have low self concept, self esteem and therefore self confidence also. They always remain as parasites for definition of life, grooming and guidance. They can't define their life. They can't take decisions in life. They can't think rationally, legally, and realistically. They will always take emotional decisions. They will be in a fantasy world always. They nicely screw up their life. They want gurus and mahans for showing their way. They will be obsessed with almost everything in life. Obviously they will be highly anxiety struck, get all sorts of life style diseases like diabetes, hypertension, cardio issues. They will also have depression, personality disorders and a host of diseases of mind and body.
Now you know where you stand and what we have to do in life!!
So, the crux is...
1. Body is unavoidable. It has to attain self regulating capacity to make us live a peaceful, happy, healthy, contented, fulfilled, successful, self actualised, self transcended and meaningful life.
2. It can be attained only through health enhancing exercises for body, mind and social relationships. It is not possible to do meditation after lighting up the body and making it to burn with urges and cravings. Such a body makes the mind to be unstable, mad dog etc. It is not cool, it is not calm, it is always thinking in anxiety, always negative, it is not like a clear wave-less water. It is always murky. So, focusing the mind, keeping it empty, doing meditation are not possible.
3. Only when we relieve the body from mind, we can truly achieve the mahan status. But when we totally come out of the body, we become unfit for marriage and normal family life.
4. Attaining the status of self regulating body and mind through yoga, asanas, good exercise regime is good for a normal married family life. Such minds also will be positive, healthy, cool, calm, balanced, stable etc.
Peacefully yours...Rams...Psychologist!!
