Dear all...THIS IS FOR ALL PARENTS, HUSBANDS, WIVES AND BOSSES (TEAM LEADS, GROUP HEADS, DEPT HEADS ETC.

Our parenting style has lots of wrongs. Children are gods. The beauty and cuteness comes out of their innocence. That should remain without any adulteration so that they remain beautiful for ever, through their behaviours and personality traits, as physical appearance will go one day and it attracts others for only animal needs. One should never feel aged and continue to have the innocence and child in them to remain beautiful, attractive and arousing through their innocence and other personality traits!!

We should only teach how to love every one, everything (items, knowledge, skills, places, beliefs, etc). How to keep love in every decision, every thought, every activity, every behaviour, every relationship. This can be taught to them only through love and positive methods. Not negative methods like shouting, beating, demanding, controlling etc.

Being cool, calm, analyzing their behaviours, thinking how to teach or make them learn a behaviour or belief, or thoughts or feelings in a positive way is what is our job. Making them to gain self interest and self motivated in learning, multiple skill development, doing their chores on their own, high levels of adaptability and tolerance to different people, castes, religions, race, ethnicity, languages, climates, food habits, dressing sense, cultures etc, decision making skills in all issues and life situations, identifying cunning people with vested interests, being independent etc are the right parenting qualities.

Children learn through observation. Not by hearing. So, whatever we want them to believe in, think, do, habitualise, and spread to others as culture, we should start believing in, thinking, doing and habitualising them!!...

In one sentence if i have to summarize, making them good human beings to live the future life is first and foremost for which we have to be good human beings and futuristic!!...

Even in an organisational context, a good leadership or manager can be defined as where the subordinate does not feel 'wofff!!...I have to go to that stupid office. I don't want to go. It is the most suffocating place. I don't want to meet my boss. I don't want to see his face!'.

Every one, subordinates, peers and bosses, should feel, 'i don't wan to go home. This is my best place on earth. I want to be with my boss always. I like seeing his face. He is like sun!!...He is radiating love and wisdom. Every second is a learning experience with him. I grow by leaps and bounds while being with him. I feel ultimate coolness, calmness, bliss, peace, highest self confidence, self esteem, learning value of learning everything under the sky, he is a universe of knowledge, wisdom, love and affection, grooming qualities, he is like a father, he is like a brother, he is like a lover, he is like the best buddie, he is like the best friend, he is like the best soulmate, the culture he has created is the hero and boss in the organisation. I don't want to go home. I get everything here. This is my home. He is my ultimate!!...My organisation is my heaven!! Every one here is made a gem by my boss!!' is the right leadership.

This is how a parent should be, a lover should be, a husband should be!!
