In India, looks like, all the girls really really freak out and enjoy to the fullest buying whatever they want, doing what ever they like, going to places of their like, enjoying their passion, being assertive, eating whatever they like...ONLY AFTER THE DEATH OF THEIR HUSBANDS!!
Looks like they enjoy the real real freedom after their husbands leave!!...Most importantly after their death!!
So, the life they lived with their husbands...what is it?...May be that is why they say 'settling down'...'nalla neram mudiya poguthu'...'freedom gone' etc...
What a bloody bloody pity!!
What a culture of marriage, relationships and family our ancestors have left!!
