hai all! How are we???
every book...every person...every holyman or guru...defines 'love' in his own way...and 'love' rules the life of every one...what is Love?...it appears that a child or teenager or a young adult or middle aged adult or a old person, has not understood this word clearly...in fact most of us do not understand this clearly throughout our life (as mostly our happiness or health or success gets affected by this wrong understanding) and we finish our lives...if we understand it properly, probably we will be the happiest people on earth...so, let us discuss this most important 'emotion' of life...THE LOVE!
So, I have decided to post my views and views of some others from all corners of the world living in different cultures, natural environments and social groups...so, you will find them in different parts in this blog...
when you read them, you might feel confused...but if you read all and think about them, then you will get a clear picture of what love is which can bring happiness, good health and success to you.
What is love is not important, what we perceive as love is what is more important.
For perceiving our own concept that can give us happiness, good health and success, we need to know all the definitions, knowledge and perceptions of others on love. That is what I have tried to do it here. I am just giving some knowledge on your plate. You eat what you want that can give you happiness, good health and success, ok?
Does the meaning of "love" not differ on a contextual basis? "I love this song" and "I love my mother" connote two very different emotional states. Is unconditional positive regard a type of love?...yes, there are many different types of love we experience in our lives every day every moment with different people, places, items and life situations.
A spiritual leader says the following about love..."
Love is preserved by wisdom, destroyed by demand, tested by doubt, nourished by longing."
Longingness increases love. Love and longingness co exist! That is why lovers want to be together all the time! And become restless if they are separated from each other!
When there is too many expectations, love takes a back seat in a relationship. So more expectations and demands are detrimental to a loving relationship.
Love can also destroy a person if they do not understand how to really love truly. That is why you see people killing their partner sometimes out of jealousy.
Also a person needs love to grow up to their fullest. Without love, life feels not worth living and gets dull and boring.
Love is our very nature. Sometimes it gets distorted to jealousy, anger etc.
Most of the problems in this world is due to lack of love. If there is enough love to go around, most of the problems can be solved.
What is Love? Is it a relationship between two people? more people? between a person and a thing? any thing that gives us happiness, health & success? sadness too? 'anything positive' in life? Life line of life?
Let us discuss this in the future posts...hang on...
Keep rocking!
