hai guys...i had typed the following on facebook...enjoyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!
there are thousands of diseases related to brain...there is one in which the person is in coma on bed...eyes closed...but his senses like hearing and smelling are functional...all the parts of brain work...i.e memory, processor, emotions etc....i.e he is a living person but without any control on his body parts...i.e forward part of the loop is working...i.e signals from sensors, cognition, emotions....only his thinking is not getting converted into behaviours...return loop is not working...sensory signals from sensors reach the brain, but the control signal from brain to hands, legs and other body parts do not reach...so, he is in coma...now imagine you are on bed like that at home...
"you will be able to smell the food being cooked by your wife. You will feel like asking for it. But you can't!"
"you will hear all they talk, discuss, music etc"
for e.g your wife telling her friend sitting next to you "he has been like this for the past 3 months. All are suffering. Don't know what will happen and when it will happen?" (you will keep scratching what is that 'it'?)
you daughter will come to your room and talk to her boy friend whom you don't like. Your BP will be high. You feel like hitting her or shouting at her. But you can not do anything.
People will talk about your death, burial or burning, etc, you will hear, BP will rise, but can't do anything.
Imagine a guy lying like this and he can hear the sounds of his wife flirting with some other man in the house. (or wife in vegetable state and man flirting)
hmmmm...why did we evolve and get that damn sixth sense?????
(this has been found out when the BP raised of a person in coma and EEG recordings reflected various emotional states experienced by the body...during normal coma state they are supposed to be steady)
