My method of avoiding anger...

Hai all...yesterday during the usual morning meetings one person got surprised and asked me 'sir, how is it that you don't get anger at any one!'.
I just told my philosophy...."when some one shows positive emotions, be with the emotions and enjoy to multiply it!!!...when some one shows negative emotions, don't perceive the emotions, just think about the 'cause and effect'!!!...you will not get angry. You will only help him to cool down and remove the cause of his anger and minimize the effects!!!"
Sixth sense is all about 'cause and effect' studies...if we don't use it we will only live with five senses like other animals.
Spying, monitoring people and thinking why? how? when? where? why not? etc is not the sixth sense. But our people sadly think this is sixth sense and they think they are using their brain tooo much!!....so, we rarely use the sixth sense.
one simple technique is 'Be always with a smiling face. No anger can affect you!'
