Hai all...many people go on many methods of reducing weight...if our aim is to reduce weight...then we are likely to take up some intervention that is likely to harm some other part of health, happiness and peace...
Instead if we think 'I want to be physically-mentally-socially healthy'...what should i do for this?...list down the things with the help of a dietician, health psychologist, nutritionist, medical specialist....I assure, you will have a great shape, body, health and what not!!!
