after 40, the joints all over body degenerate due to aging which results in onset of a host of ailments, diseases, illnesses...how to avoid them?

Dear all...THIS IS FOR THOSE WHO ARE AGED MORE THAN 40....
All of us know that Yoga Asanas are good for health and so many other things in life. If done from childhood, it would benefit immensely for their intelligence, focus, emotional-spiritual and social maturity, good health, success in job-family and social life.
At least it should be done (for at least 15 mts a day) after 40 years of age. Because the joints all over the body start degenerating after this age. This can lead to joint complications of ailments and diseases. The joints and body become rigid and lose their flexibility leading to brittleness which is not good.
Yoga asanas make the body and joints flexible and results in many positives...
1. slow aging
2. radiance of energy, youthfulness and positives
3. flexibility of bones and joints leading to strength, no breakages and no joint ailments and diseases
4. good hormone secretions leads to optimum performance of various systems and vital organs of body
5. good neurotransmitter secretions leading to a healthy and positive mind leading to success in job, family life and social life
6. slim posture
7. no life style diseases
and many more positives as bonus....
therefore, let us do yoga asanas at least for 15 mts in a day to avoid dying every day due to degeneration of bones and joins, ailments, illnesses and diseases.
