Corporates make money out of 'pleasure' needs of people...power mongers divide people and make their wealth...poor people divide, get diseases and die...any solution??

Dear all...THIS IS FOR ALL STUDENTS AND EMPLOYEES IN ORGANISATIONS...
i have been asked to define a TEAM...let me define my dream team...
A Team is created by more than two people who are a part of it. The back bone of the Team should be its CULTURE!...PEOPLE should be the focus, more than its goals. Because people are important for realisation of the goals of the team.
The overall organisation will have many teams and both the organisation and team will have the same CULTURE.
If some one tries to search for its Team Lead they should come out saying 'CULTURE is the Team Leader here!'...Like we find 'story' being the hero of some films and not the real hero of the movie!!
The organisation does not offer job or career...it will offer more than these...i.e ... A LIFE AND LIVING.
The organisation will be a conglomeration of a spiritual organisation, corporate organisation and a mini district administration (of course, without the negative elements like Police, Judiciary etc as there will be no need for them!!). It will have all the amenities, life and living needs and everything to PERCEIVE the seven manthras listed below by all its employees.
So, the people who form the Team should set good value systems for the Team which forms the Culture. The basis should be....
"We want all our team members to be peaceful, happy, physically-mentally-socially healthy, contented and should be in the path of self-actualisation and self transcending (THE SEVEN MANTHRAS!). We don't want 'employees' who come here to earn their salary for running their families. We want people who will LIVE here, not for the organisation but for others in the team.
The recruitment process will be designed in such a way to select such people with passion for their teams, the seven manthras and the training programme will fundamentally include bringing every one to the common platform of value systems and aligning towards the CULTURE.There will be no performance appraisal or Annual Confidential Reports as it is not a 'self' centered organisation or culture.
There will be no appointment or election procedure as the bosses will emerge out of the teams by Natural selection process when the team members adore one person amongst them as the best out of the rest. The organisation formed will have many teams, all teams with the same culture and the overall organisation will also have the same culture. Teams will not be larger than 8.
The culture and life in the teams would be such that no one would like to go back to their homes. Offices/campus would be designed to have living needs too. They would perceive the people and their relationships with others more than their people at home. They should feel that they are in the heaven. The profits would be divided for all equally, while providing all the things required for all physical-mental and social needs of the team members for entire life.
The team members will marry amongst them, as they would find them to be the best human beings around, and make their families. Also it will help them to interact more, share their thoughts, opinions, feelings, understand each other better, help and care for each other both at office and personal chores, providing oppurtunity for each other to compromise and sacrifice for each other's seven manthras. In the present and future, families/family living can not be isolated from organisations/organisational living. Concepts of Marriages, life style, living, family etc of all social systems/sciences need to be redefined.
The organisational life style, way people live there, processes, communication channels, structure etc will be designed to achieve the seven manthras while taking the psychological research findings of human beings, their physical-mental and social needs, their behaviours at different stages in life etc.
I will not be like a dairy form, like the organisations we have, where the bosses become the milk men and the bulls to suck the milk out of the employees and screw each of their cells!
The spiritual processes, which will form the back bone of the culture of the organisation, will not be based on superstitions and traditional unproven beliefs but based on scientifically proven methods of keeping the brain and body healthy, mind strong-balanced-cool-calm-with high self-concept and high self-esteem. In a nutshell each and every employee will bear a corporate giant appearance with positive strategic thinking but inside made off wisdom, mind powers, enlightenment etc of that of a Bodhisattva/ Bodhidharma. The spiritual life style processes will remove the comparative ego, sensitivities of differences of religion-caste-race-community-language-region-status-superstitions-belief systems etc created by the self-centric-egoistic-greedy-power mongers of the past and present.
'Humanism' will be the life-line and all other sensitivities will not be given any importance or value. Preserving the Nature and all living organisms will be the base line of the products and services. There will be no corruption as there is no self-centric living. All the negative thinking, personality traits, behaviours, emotions which are the diseases of the society around now (like corruption, social evils etc) will all be ironed out through the spiritual processes.
The organisation will also have a clear exit policy. The aim of the organisation and teams is not to make big targets, time lines, profit motives with just "show-off-social responsibility" like other organisations. The aim here is to make a model, futuristic society, living creating good brand-ambassador-like citizens who will spread high intelligence, wisdom, mind power, life and living skills, peace, scientific thinking etc to the outside world.
While the corporate mind in side the employees will work towards bringing out the well researched, best of the creative, world class, affordable products and services that are environment friendly, the culture and value systems inside them will ensure social responsibility in all dimensions.
Such an organisation will attract more employees, will churn out good citizens and will live for ever...AS THEY ARE PEOPLE CENTRIC AND ENCOMPASSES ENTIRE LIFE OF A HUMAN BEING!!
(as we are cultured or taught or groomed to think with whatever we have seen or learnt, many different views can emerge after reading it. But with little more carving and shaping such organisations are possible and they are the need of the hour for the well being of the society, country, world, earth and humanity)
It is high time that we think about resolving the issue of....1. ORGANISATIONS WHICH ARE SELF CENTRIC, ONLY PROFIT MOTIVE AND DESTROYING THE EARTH....2. SOCIETY FULL OF PEOPLE AND ORGANISATIONS WITH HIGH NEGATIVENESS AND SENSITIVITIES THAT SCREW UP THEIR PEACE, PHYSICAL-MENTAL AND SOCIAL WELL-BEING....3. SELF-CENTRIC-EGOISTIC-POWER MONGERS WHO CREATE AND SPREAD ALL KINDS OF DIFFERENCES AND SENSITIVITIES
