dear all...(anyway, the following are only with respect to eating and not overall behaviours to remain healthy, fit and slim...)
some ask me the diet for three meals...i think the following is ok for those who do not have any life style or other diseases...
diet for morning breakfast...more carbs preferably whole grain stuff like wheat, ragi, oats etc (no rice as it leads to constipation, no fibers and more starch in a form that gets stored as fat..i.e unused form of energy), moderate proteins and less starch fruits (after brushing in empty stomach)
diet for lunch......moderate carbs, more proteins and may be little fruit before lunch when the stomach is empty
diet for dinner....very less carbs, less protein and more fruits (fruits before starting the dinner in empty stomach)...
total weight for each meal does not go beyond 300 to 400 grams....
let the stomach get filled up with unlimited stems and leaves...
strict NO to roots...or occasional carrots or beetroot in small quantities...
