Dear all...How anxiety comes?...How to avoid it?
Anxiety comes whenever we feel or in actuals our environment changes...the word environment includes all types like physical, mental and social environments etc..e.g virtual environment...when we feel a level of uncertainty in our life...when we feel insecure...when we feel there is no one with us to help...when we face a challenge which our brain comprehends to be beyond the resources available to fight....so it flights...but when there is no possibility of flying away, then anxiety strikes...
how to avoid it?...If from childhood our environment keeps changing every day, every moment, continuously....if our life and living is full of uncertainties...if we can't say what will happen, when, to our life, our body, our wealth, our money, our job, our people at home, our close friends etc...
Then we get used to it and Nature prepares us, our mind, to tackle all such situations or feel NOTHING MATTERS IN LIFE!!...so, they attain the enlightened state or state of nirvana...Nothing and no one matters to them really. They feel confident to face the challenge or ready to die also!!
