'sir, i keep delaying things. I know i have to do. But postpone and do different things that interest me!'..hmmmmmmmmmmmm....

Dear all...some tit-bits...
1. If you are in middle of life, and if you are caught in procrastination
(Procrastination is the avoidance of doing a task which needs to be accomplished. It is the practice of doing more pleasurable things in place of less pleasurable ones, or carrying out less urgent tasks instead of more urgent ones, thus putting off impending tasks to a later time. Sometimes, procrastination takes place until the "last minute" before a deadline. People may procrastinate personal issues (raising a stressful issue with a partner), health issues (seeing a doctor or dentist), home care issues (patching a leak in a roof), or academic/work obligations (completing a report). procrastination can lead to feelings of guilt, inadequacy, depression and self-doubt) then it means you have started going back in age. I.e your interests, moods, definition of life, way of living etc has changed to be like that of an 'irresponsible' stage in life...i.e adolescence!!...after few years you will become like a child...innocent, not caring about anything and for any one, etc...(normally above 70 yrs)...then after 80 we become infant like...i.e requiring the help of others for everything (you take a paper and write what an infant can do and can not do...match it with that of a person over 80 or 85 yrs...you will find matching..with respect the body condition, thinking, eating, emotions, behaviours, what he can do and can not do etc)
so, self awareness about this phenomenon of entering into procrastination is important, so that we can come out of it, allocate priority for tasks and accomplish them. Otherwise, wife will keep shouting 'What happened to you!...these days you have become like a child and not doing anything for the house! Better bloody pull up!'...and if you don't improve she will start taking out the frustration on others at home and neighbours. Because when one goes into procrastination at home, the load on the other increases. If both are ruled by this monkey, then the children suffer and if they take it positively then they start doing things on their own and mature.
so, let us be aware....
rams!!
