Dear all...thinking that 'first i should be peaceful, i should be happy, i should be physically healthy, i should be mentally healthy, i should be socially healthy, i should be contented, i should self actualise' without affecting others getting these...is not called SELFISHNESS...because without you getting these, you can not make others around to get these...!!
e.g without you being happy, i.e when you are sad, you can not make others happy!!
if you are not mentally healthy, you can not make others around to be mentally healthy....
this is applicable for the other things also that i have listed...
