Dear all...people ask me 'How to become Spiritual? How to get Enlightened?...How to attain Nirvana?...to be physically, mentally and socially happy, peaceful, healthy, contented and successful!!
I just give a laugh and tell them 'Get written off in your organisation, take it positively, allow your juniors to supersede, start thinking about you, your body, your mind, your life, your living, the purpose of all these four, people around, their body, their mind, their living, their culture, organisations, organisational processes, organisational cultures, social processes, job etc positively...start reading science, management and engg books...(not religious books!!)...relate all this knowledge to yourself, family, organisations and society...start asking positive questions...start thinking positively...start connecting yourself more to NATURE, PLANTS, ANIMALS, INSECTS, PONDS, LAKES, RIVERS, WATERFALLS...WOFF..A BIG LIST and of course, ART FORMS...merge all these questions-knowledge-work experience-thinking etc...you will feel a synergy of these various energies in your mind...a power in your mind...automatically you will become Spiritual...Enlightened...Nirvana...and thereafter, it is only happiness...peace...health...contentment...success in all spheres of life at home, society and organisations too!!...hihihi...YOU GET PROMOTION...THE ULTIMATE PROMOTION....IN LIFE!!
You life, living, mind, body, soul, people, relationships...all these will see varying seasons, rough weather, turbulence, stresses, strains, changes in climates, hot season, cold times etc as long as you remain within the atmosphere of this earth. When you go above this atmosphere of all these instabilities, to space above, it is only peace...peace...peace...it is a vast universe of knowledge, wisdom, happiness, no turbulence in life, no changes of climate in the mind, no stresses of people and relationships, no turbulence in the soul, no rough weather in our organisational life, no varying seasons in our social life!!
This is my personal experience...you don't have to run behind religious gurus...spiritual gurus...temples...mutts...IT IS INSIDE YOU...INSIDE YOUR BRAIN...IN SCIENCE, ENGG AND MANAGEMENT BOOKS...IN THE VAST NATURE AROUND!!
