hai all...
in our organisations where we work, we have our subordinates...all of us are subordinates...people below us join our team fresh, we teach them about the job, we don't get angry...we teach them patiently...first we teach them...then we make them work and we supervise them...once they attain the required competency level in the work, we leave them to perform independently...
when we join as subordinates in a new organisation or department, we also expect our bosses to teach us, supervise us and then leave us independently...we want lots of love, peace, calm, patience etc during the process of teaching...we don't like anger, shouting, beating and frustration during the process of teaching or training...
but when we do the same thing with our children in life issues, or house chores (cooking, cleaning, washing, brooming, mopping etc), we don't show patience...we expect them to know the job on their own...we don't teach properly...we want them to learn in the first instance...we show arrogance while teaching...we shout...we feel frustrated...we abuse with all bad and intolerable and unparliamentary words...at small children...who have no one to look forward to for love and affection...emotional support...for learning...if we show frustration where or to whom will they go for learning?...this is where we fault and they learn all unacceptable things from their friends...and for that also we get angry....
hmmm....the great indian parents!!!!
