all of us shout at home...due to anger, frustration, irritation, sadness and what not...all due to negative emotions...
let us remember that when we shout, there comes an invisible wall between us and others whom we shout at...
e.g when a child asks something to her mom or dad, and they shout, it seeks the answers from friends and DECIDES not to ask such things to parents in future.....

if you get fever or loose motion or any other physical illness, you can go to a doctor, get few pills and come out...it does not disturb your life that much compared to a 'mental illness or sickness' which affects everything in life and there are no pills...
every one rushes to psychologists for counselling saying problem...they don't solve their problem...they don't get them what they want...they only talk...and when you come out you feel happy and relieved...what the do?...just make you understand what is reality (not the truth or correct or wrong or right)...so, they help you to remove the problem in you with your own changed perception...
so, let us think before we throw negative emotions on others...
