Why are we not considering our home members as a 'team' and work?

hai all...

while we work in our organisations, we work as a team...we are very much bothered about the morale of our team members...we motivate them...when they fail also we tell them 'not to worry, cheer up!'...

but at home we show the opposite...the lady keeps shouting at every one at home...the man keeps shouting at every one at home...children, pushed to the corner, they also shout back...

...when we jointly work for some mission at home, we criticise the other, we talk low about the calibre of other members, we show anger and frustration e.g you send the child to shop to get something and she gets something else...the husband goes for a deal with some one or some organisation and comes back with failure or not the level of success we wanted...what happens?...wife shouts and takes out all the anger and frustration...if we weaken our own team members, how can we win at home as a team on all life issues within and outside the team?

let us encourage and win, at home also!

there is no point in being a successful boss at office and useless husband or wife, by weakening our own team at home!
