Hai guys...
When we go to an ashram we feel happy, peaceful and good. Why?
...we like the people over there and also like the guruji or swamiji etc. Why?
Just observe the environs of an ashram.

Just observe the environs of an ashram.
They are located away from the city in suburbs...villages, hill sides, river sides, plains etc...i.e full of nature...i.e away from concrete jungles. Away from all ‘man made’ things. Mad things. Which ...
give us only pleasure.
Why there is no ashram in the city?...Even if there is one, it will have certain unique atmosphere...natural atmosphere with clean space, trees, a garden to attract birds, insects and animals like squirrels etc.
Let us look at the atmosphere...it is full of nature...lots of trees, silence, only sounds of nature, sounds of breeze or winds, insects, birds, sounds produced by leaves, branches, animals, gushing water in rivers, canals, or water streams, sounds of waterfalls, sounds of beetles, chirping sounds of birds.
It is not hot. It is cool. The hot gases produced by vehicles or factories in a city are not there. In a city we have only big concrete buildings. No trees. In ashrams we have lots of trees which keep the place the cool and give lots of oxygen. They remove the heat of nature.
As they are located inland and not alongside the sea shores the humidity is low. I.e the water vapour in air is less (if it is more then air is saturated with water vapour and the heat from our body dissipated in the form of sweat does not evaporate to air and we feel heavy sweating, unpleasant, uncomfortable, irritated, shouting at people, perceiving all negatives, not peaceful and unhappy). So, the low humid atmosphere in ashrams helps for evaporation of our sweat and we feel pleasant there.
There is no pollution of air. The air is clean. It has the smell of the nature. The smells of sand, wood, flowers, fruits, the fragrance of trees etc. It is full of clean oxygen.
It has very less RF pollution...i.e less electromagnetic radiation.... that stresses us without our knowledge in cities...
So, in this environment our body takes in more air, more oxygen, clean oxygen. Due to this our organs in the body get more oxygen and their efficiency or performance increases.
Brain also gets more oxygen and functions at its peak efficiency. (eg a diver shows high intelligence and peak performance of the brain when he is inside the water with oxygen cylinder which supplies clean and pure oxygen compared to his intelligence and performance on ground where he gets polluted air with less oxygen and more toxic gases). This leads to good secretion of neurotransmitters and hormones in our body.
Neurotransmitters, which are responsible for the mood, our mental state of happiness or sad, keep us in a good mood state. I.e positive. So, our thinking is better.
Anything our sensors sense or retrieve from the memory appears positive. Perceptions are positive. We might see or smell or hear the same thing in a city or an ashram. But our perceptions could be different. In an ashram environment we will feel positive (due to good neurotransmitter secretions and good positive moods).
But in a city where we get less, clean oxygen in air, and more of toxic gases, dust, chemicals as vapour, solid particles or gas, suffocation, brain functions at less efficiency, secretes less neurotransmitters and hormones (hormones decide the efficiency of vital organs like stomach, kidney, heart, liver, etc). So, for the same person, or object or life event we feel angry or sad or irritated in a city atmosphere.
Also if you observe, in ashrams there is good music...soothing music...some art forms like good peace giving paintings, sculptures, dances etc. They also add value to happiness and peace in an ashram atmosphere.
When our perceptions are positive and cool, all the people appear to be good to our eyes...all the things said by guruji or swamiji appear to be positive, solutions to our problems, correct etc.
His attire is fully natural. He is not wearing Van Heusen trousers or Reid and Taylor shirts. He is not wearing Rolex watch. He has not shaved. He is natural with long hair, beard, cloth of natural colour (colour of sand or sky or hill or plants or clouds etc). So, he is not stimulating our body with any urges. Whereas a man or woman with all un-naturals stimulate our body, create urges, biological changes etc.
All these positives attract us towards ashram, we feel it is a place of peace etc. So, where nature is there, people are natural, happiness and peace is there.
But we get bored in such an atmosphere after some time. We want the luxuries, comforts and pleasures of the city life also. Instead of living in city, come to ashram when feeling frustrated or stressed (i.e get stressed and relieve...which is like a sinusoid...where our body is stressed with ups and downs), it is better to live in a city with the environs of an ashram so that you never feel stressed and never feel the need for relieving and therefore, body health is protected, without any sinusoidal effects.
So, let us colour the walls or furnishings, floor and all decorations with natural soothing colours. Let the designs be all with pics of naturally occurring things. Bring more nature with paintings, potted flowering, vegetable and fruit bearing plants to attract insects like butterflies, dragon flies, beetles, squirrels etc), sculptures, aquariums, pet animals (birds, cats, dogs, may be cows, goats too)...try to bring in clean air, more oxygen etc...surround yourself with good soothing music or natural sounds...
In short, bring in more NATURE and have less MAN MADE stuff in your life for more peace and happiness. Automatically you will be successful too and have healthy relationships with all.
Let your place of dwelling be a ‘modern’ ashram or modern house.
