our rigidity on religion, caste and others!

hai all...

yesterday i was talking to a person...he said that his religion is the best...and was slowly getting emotional (angry) and sentimental while he spoke...

for every one his religion is the best...his god is the best...his caste is the best...we are emotionally attached and have closed our skulls with respect to what is right or wrong...what is best or worst...

if our god or our temple
or our religion or our caste or our guru etc is the best then why are we not happy, healthy and successful...if we observe ourself from morning to evening we undergo so many negative emotions, feelings, fights, arguments, anger, frustrations etc, which should not be there if 'what we think and what we do and whom we follow or worship' is right...

spirituality is not about believing in a god, standing in queues in temples, offerings, rituals, taking a '1000 rupees' queue to darshan the god fast, reading holy books, singing bhajans, branding or identifying ourselves to a religion or caste or a spiritual group or believing in everything related to god or superstitions

spirituality is all about how we keep our mind calm, cool, happy, peaceful, positive and our body and social relationships healthy, accept successes and failures same, remain in a total balance of happiness...for this above are not required...

the very moment we brand some thing as 'right or wrong', 'good or bad', 'worst or the best', then we have

 1. closed our brains, lives
2. decided not to grow and evolve
3. not to know anything new
4. decided to insult others or brand others as bad or negative
5. placed ourselves in deep and narrow wells
6. caged our selves
7. become slaves and removed our own freedom
8. isolated ourselves from others
9. decided to go lonely on this earth
