addictive social life styles giving pleasure by taking away the health, happiness and success in life!!...what is the use????

Dear all...yesterday some one was mentioning 'woffffff!! i have not seen WhatsApp for the past two days!!...i am sure there must be few hundreds of messages!!...it is there at the back of the mind that i have to see but i am not getting time to see!!'
Our conscious and subconscious minds have become always anxiety struck and stressed with such silly issues. The normal life style itself has become stressed which is avoidable. It is not natural but created by us!...This leads to life style diseases like hypertension, diabetes and cardio vascular issues. And we die. They take away our time, life, success, jobs, promotions, on-site oppurtunities etc. We become addicts. We get angry, frustrated, unable to concentrate even our basic chores!...Anything that prevents us from doing personal hygiene chores, health chores, office chores, family chores, etc are shaking the basic of life and so it needs immediate treatment. This does not allow us to remain focused on our primary jobs and therefore everything fails in life including losing of job!!...All these will lead to breakage of relationships also at home!!
We, without our knowledge, slowly and steadily become a screen addict that we need always a tv screen or lap top screen or pc screen or mobile screen, whether what we see adds value in any way to our moments and life!
We might say 'What you know!! You don't know anything!!...i get so much of pleasure, happiness and stress relief when i do these!'...truly Not!!...All addictive things on earth are pleasurable and anxiety inducing!!...So, we dissolve in that pleasure and think 'all normal' till such time we realise that all gone out of hands!!
So,
1. remove all the sources of distraction from life and living slowly and steadily
2. more of yoga, meditation and exercises will help
3. eat less spices and urge giving stuff
4. read more of spiritual articles....i.e articles that talk about truths of life, living, relationships etc
5. keep your goals in front and think about them all the time while you work towards them all the time. Let the goals be till end of life, long term goals divided into many short term goals-year wise, month wise and day wise.
Check out if you are moving up as per plan day by day.
6. it does not mean 'don't socialise!'. It only means have specified time for that and don't lose focus from chores and other basic functions at office, home and for self improvement.
7. night, continuous sleep of at least 06 hours must for important cleansing metabolic reactions.
