Dear all...dancing and singing are great art forms to lose ourselves in a healthy way!!...The best forms where we can lose the orientation of place, time and context, which is very important in our life, everyday, for some time!!...Our life has become a drudgery that every second we are running either ahead of or behind time. Always conscious of time. Full of anxiety in the mind. Always stressed. To relieve the stress it is important to lose our orientation by losing ourselves beyond time at least for 5 mts in a day!!...Singing one song or dancing for one song will take not more than 5 or 10 mts. Singing can be done at any place. In isolation or in front of others. We should not feel 'what others will think!'...the quality of singing etc!!...It is also a healthy way of taking out our emotions and feelings. A good, positive coping skill!!
Songs or dances are expression of life events or feelings or emotions related to people or Nature. So, when we sink in our feelings and emotions and sing or dance, the quality is also the best, it becomes a piece of great art performance soothing others' minds also and we get relieved off stress!!

No wonder all those who fell in devotee love with Lord Rama (Note, not ramasubramanian!!...haa..haa.haa!!), Lord Krishna, Lord Shiva, were all who became good singers, poets, good dancers with great expressions etc and became a history existing forever in art forms, spirituality and culture of this country!!
