Dear all...in my life experience i found only three words are important in leading a successful life...i.e being a good parent, good boss, good leader or manager, good mentoring...they are
1. FREEDOM...Give freedom to think, design the destiny, do, self-realize the responsibilities to self-others-organisation-humanity, become confident, strong in all dimensions, self-dependent on everything, high on self-concept, self-esteem etc.
2. ENCOURAGE...encourage in their thoughts and actions and show them the world of possibilities.
3. SUPPORT...support them in all their endeavours with your experience and all types of resources inside and outside.
How many parents are like this?...How many bosses and leaders are like this?
No wonder parents and children suffer. Bosses and subordinates suffer. Leaders find no one behind them!!
