There are many posts on this issue in my blog...please read them...

Life is not a 100 metres dash or a marathon...it is a long journey!!

The marks you scored or rank you got or arrears you got or the job you got is not going to decide your future!...It is no indication of your future life and living!!...It is only a starting point of a journey!!..Those who keep moving ahead, continuously upgrading and updating their knowledge, skills, health etc and who continue moving up in all dimensions of life only grow...all others stagnate and stop at different points in various dimensions of life!..there may be many compromises, adaptations and sacrifices required in various aspects of life and working. Those who do not do this stop at that point. Those who surmount all these challenges keep moving up and growing!!...So, there is no guarantee that the top ranker will always remain on top and be successful throughout life in all domains. Because for scoring marks and getting a job certain things are required, they might have that. But for growing up in organisations, in family life, personal life, emotional life etc you need several other things and they keep changing at different age and stage in life!!...If you have them, they you will certainly be successful, more than the top ranker!!

We may feel that we are at the end in the journey now at this moment...it is wrong...slow and steady wins the race!!!...even if you consider it as a race, whereas truly it is not!!...We are different from others, and our journey and destiny are different from others!!

We were 40 in our class at MIT, Chennai and all the last 10 rankers are doing much better than the top rankers like me!!...Those who did not clear the degree, got arrears, whom i taught and helped to clear their course, are all doing well!!

During our MIT days (those days it admitted only B.Sc graduates for 3 year btech programme...not lateral entry...there was no four year or +2 entry at MIT...their aim was to produce engg scientists for the nation and world and they believed that to be an engg scientist one needs to be outstanding in science!!)...No one can enter MIT without a graduation and being a top ranker in graduation at university or college level....Ok, coming to the issue...those days many of the B.Sc Maths and chemistry major students used to fail in the first two semesters in many subjects, as, physics, chemistry and other engg subjects were difficult for them.

Seniors used to encourage them by saying (how far true, i don't know) "don't worry daa machhaan!! Even Abdul kalam sir failed in first year, but he has become the DRDO director (he was that then)...So, we will also become one day like him!...Only thing is we should continue working hard, learning, without breaking down!'....This is a true statement!!!

Employers do not want marks...they want only skills, knowledge and aptitude required to be in their organisation or project...that is all!!...Marks only help to enter the interview room, in this densely populated nation!...Winning the job is purely based on skills and knowledge you have!!

So, don't give up!...Lots of years of life still left!...You are still very very young!!...You still have lots of time to learn, pick up skills and knowledge, and be in your highway of journey of life, working, earning, being an achiever, being famous, being an authority and power etc.

No one lives here for 100 years!!...So, losing six months or one year now does not really matter in life!...If some one thinks he has lost six months or one year salary, then it is wrong...no one keeps earning for entire life...we keep losing and earning money in life...every one who is employed in private sector loses his or her job at least twice or thrice in their career life. Even the top rankers!!...So, it is part of life to lose jobs and get better jobs!

Even if you get a less paid job or in a small company, no issues!!...Learn the job and profession, trade and tactics of the profession, you will keep moving up and up!!...In five years time you would have crossed and gone up to better organisations than the class topper!!...So, if the first job is less paid and in a small organisation, it really does not matter in life!!

Subject knowledge skills are required only at the beginning of career while you do jobs with your own hands at the beginning. Later it is more of social skills, organisational skills, leadership skills, HR mgmt and development skills, spiritual and emotional skills that are more essential, though continuously updated and upgraded professional skills are also important, but only with this basic skills we can not be successful in later years of life!...It is only a necessary condition, but not a sufficient condition to go up in career!!

So, don't feel sad...don't feel frustrated...don't give up...don't feel depressed...don't feel down...Don't think about ending life etc...if you think like that, then you are wrong!!...You are much more capable...you just did not read few pages of your subjects, that is all!!...it does not matter in job or life!!...believe me, i have more than 30 years in engg, management and administration profession, you did not lose anything!!!..Only thing is, don't leave it or give up...find out your interests...decide where you want to work...find out what they want...knowledge, skills, aptitude, interests etc...accordingly equip yourself...join them...keep working...learn as much as possible...don't waste time...be positive...be focused...You are sure to win in life!!...You are sure to make big in life!!...Even better than the top rankers!!

Dear all...THIS IS FOR ALL...ESPECIALLY YOUNGSTERS WAITING TO GET MARRIED!!

Should we marry in life?
Do we need a husband?
Do we need a wife?
Do we need children?
Do we need a family?
Do we need all those relationships we have in society?
Do we need friends?

The answer is...human beings are social animals...they need multiple sources of unconditional love and have to be a source of unconditional love!!...only then they can be peaceful, healthy, happy, contented and fulfilled!!

Animals, plants, birds, insects and the remaining part of Nature, except human beings, are unconditional...they practice this naturally without any stress...as they live as per Nature!

For human beings it is difficult as they live against nature, as per social rules!...It is easy when we live as per Nature!!

So, you should be able to 'perceive' at least unconditional love, if not devotional, in the above social institutions and relationships. Else, it is a waste of valuable life!!

So, you know which are all the sources of unconditional and devotional love!

Dear all...THIS IS FOR ALL FUTURE GENERATIONS...

We have a body and mind. All of us earn all that we want using only these two...Money, Wealth, Power, Authority, Fame, Love and Affection etc...

BODY

Anything we do with our body is not meant to be done by us. They are to be automated or robotized or mechanized. So, body is meant for walking, running, dancing, exercising, keeping it beautiful, healthy, in shape, shiny, doing chores for self, home, gardening etc. I.e for doing what we want to do as per our interests and moods...for keeping it disease free!!

Body is meant for taking all our six sens(ors)es all over this earth, world and space, universe (through fantasies) and enjoy the beauty of creation, people, culture, diversity of human living and Nature!!

Therefore, it is not meant for SLEEPING or living a sedentary life style. If done, it will leave us and go to graveyard early.

This means in future all those who earn their living with their body will go jobless!!

MIND

In the years to come, all that we do now with our brain or mind will get done by 'Thinking Machines'...or Robots. Moment we think about a Robot, we get only a Humanoid in our mind. But the definitions keep changing. Anything that can think and act with 'bot' added to its name becomes a robot!!...Any form...Any shape...Any size.

Creativity...Future Robots with AI and much more will do much more creative thinking than human beings.

Decision making...Again machines will replace human brain and mind.

You name anything...Perceptions...Emotions...they will supersede.

So, Automation and Robots will replace human beings in mind related professions. Therefore, people earning their living using brain and mind will also go jobless!!

All the things that are appearing as challenges to the above in your mind, right now, while reading these will get resolved with technology.

Then what will human beings do?...Only enjoy!!

Truly it is the Corporate Giants, Power Mongers and such other people are resisting the innovations to wards bringing everything free for human living. These people want every one to be slaves, do not want total design change in the way we live and work. Anyway, the tug of war between innovations and power and wealth mongers will go on, and Innovators will win, make this earth green and make every thing free for every one. The total concept of life and living will change.

What will happen to human beings?...Hihihi...they may not exist. They will get modified into another species.

Nano computers made using biological and compatible substances will form major part of human body. The way it functions will change. All the universe of data of the body will be captured, analysed, all functions regulated. No more diseases. No more aging. No more death. All issues will be sorted out at gene level, which is another universe by itself!! Of course, no more sexual reproduction too. Creations will be regulated. All bodies will be powered by sun, water and air. So, no more cooking, all kitchen chores. Ladies will not do all that they do now. No more body urges. No more restaurants and cooking any where in the world.

No more negative thoughts and personality traits as brain itself will be modified and filled with bio computers. So, no terrorism. No religions. All these organisms will be near-Gods. What they will do, how they will live?...Beyond our perception!! But no negativity!! They will have power to control other planets. Which means a lot beyond our human perceptions!!

Presently we and the earth have a level of knowledge, science, philosophy e.g Velocity of light is the ultimate!! There is much more knowledge and philosophy which is existing but we don't know. Not yet discovered or invented. Of course, it is unlimited too. But most of it will be unraveled. All our concepts and philosophies will become redundant.

No marriages. No families. No Organisations. No societies. No countries.

How many years it will take?...No idea. But it is certain to happen...Otherwise the earth can not sustain the present way of living and organisation structure of the world endlessly!!

If you think, all these will not happen, 150 years back no one thought that any thing heavier than air can go up against earth's gravity. Today aircraft weighing several tens of tons fly, go to space also.

So, let us not try to laugh or think with the structured knowledge we have about life, living, family, society, work, earning etc. 30 years back no one thought that we will have a small gadget in hand which will bring entire world on our palm top!!

Let us only be a part of this growth and enjoy the journey!!

Dear all...THIS IS FOR ALL SCHOOL AND COLLEGE STUDENTS...

All of us were children till about 10 years old...and parents were our gods and home was our world!!

We attained age!!

The world outside the home slowly started becoming our home!...

People outside our home started attracting us and we started spending more time with them. Suddenly some one appears to be more beautiful and caring than parents...whatever that person says appears to be soothing, right, true, correct. We get obsessed with that person.

We get attracted to or fall in love or whatever you name as....we start feeling that person of opposite sex is beautiful or attractive or caring or whatever you name as the relationship!!

But before getting attracted or moving further towards that person and falling in a relationship or love or whatever, check out if you have back bone, or strength or guts to face the challenges at home, relatives circles, community and society!!

I happened to watch a video wherein a boy was brutally being attacked by some group of people with many watchers around because he fell in love with a girl of their family or community. We keep watching such clips of brutal killing or videos or news in TV channels or social networks.

In India, still in many communities marriages are a big business. Marrying outside their community or caste or religion is a big sin and the parents will do anything to protect the customs and traditions of their community.

Check out if your parents or relatives or people in your community are of this kind!!

If yes, then decide what you should do before you take your first step in such relationships or attractions!!

Else you might get killed like that...or you will make a person to die like that!!

Beware....India is rich of such people and communities!!

If you leave the relationship in between, then the other person might feel cheated and what that person will do, no one knows!!...he or she might harm you or harm him/her self. In case some one gets attracted towards you, then think about your parents and relatives and tell him or her that 'it will not work out!' and move away, instead of having unpleasantness and related consequences later in life!!

The aim of this post to caution before getting attracted to a person of opposite sex because everything takes place without our reality-consciousness when we are in that fantasy world of good feelings!!

Many score less marks and darken their future, fail in exams, get suspended from colleges and schools, run away from hostels and home, change their good fortunes for this attraction and regret later, get killed,....land up with smoking, drinking, drugs, petty crimes, jail ............

So, the happy days of childhood becomes horrible days of adolescence and dark period of adult hood!!

Beware about your surroundings and protect yourself!!

Yesterday i happened to meet a young adult boy in his late twenties...who was sad...when asked he said 'sir...i tried many girls...onnum set aavala...(nothing worked out)...all resulted in break-up...all my loves were only failures...finally i accepted to the torture of my parents...i agreed to marry a girl as per their choice and wish...it is just two weeks that we have been talking...but i am sure it is not going to work out...namakku arranged marriage yellaam work out aavaathu sir...(for me arranged marriage will not work out!)...she is soooo adamant and does not match with me!!'

Then i spoke to him about many things which i type here...one among them i have given here...

How to win in love?...How to win a boy's heart or a girl's heart?
How to secure a permanent place in her heart?..How to be successful in a marriage?...How to be successful as a husband or wife?

One can't be peaceful and successful in married life or in any relationship with a girl by just keeping her body inside the four walls...the peace and success dawns in life only when you live in her heart and permanently secure that place!!...It does not come by demands, wants, needs and expectations...quoting Indian Penal Code, code of conduct, societal rules and regulations, duties and responsibilities as husband and wife etc...or rules and regulations of Indian familial form of living!!

A girl forms as the first cell in her mother's embryo!

She grows with the blood and bones of her mother!

She takes birth and grows in the bosom of her mother!!...Seeing her sparkling eyes with unconditional love...as an infant, as a child, as a student, as an adolescent...as an early adult....for more than 20+ years!!

She grows in the arms, shoulders and laps of her father...learns to face the society...learns to see the Nature around...Learns to experience the good and bad...while she is under the safe wings of her father and mother...on the safest earth under their feet provided by them!!

Every cell...every belief...every personality trait...every thought...every feeling...every behaviour...all she learns from these two people who shower unconditional love from the first cell to a fully developed adult ready to face the professional organisations...social organisations...the community around...the societies around in the state and country...to face the world...to face this universe!!!

Now....you enter her life!!

You think she will be ready to leave this safest haven where she lived for 20+ years??

I am not referring to her city or home...i am referring to the domain of UNCONDITIONAL LOVE!!...

I am not referring to the two people called father and mother...or two human bodies with their names what ever they are!!...i am referring to the RELATIONSHIP CALLED FATHER AND MOTHER??...Her perceptions of love and affection, a feeling of pride, a feeling of confidence, a feeling of self-concept she gets, a feeling of safety she feels, a feeling of freedom she feels, a feeling of the social envelope...You think she would like to leave?

Therefore, first BECOME HER MOTHER...by showing all the unconditional love she had!!....BE HER FATHER with that unconditional support in all her endeavours and ventures!!...She will automatically accept you and make you live in her heart as her HUSBAND...LOVER...BEST FRIEND EVER IN HER LIFE...SOUL MATE!!

Same way, the girl also should know that he is out of his mothers bosom and lap where he was born, grown and has lived for 20+ years...He has come out of his father's shoulders where he leaned from an infant to a child to a small boy to an adolescent and to an adult man for all the encouragement and support!!...So, she has to first BECOME HIS MOTHER showing that unconditional love...and then HIS FATHER giving the unconditional support...in motivating and encouraging all his endeavours...then automatically she will live in his heart as the BEST WIFE...BEST FRIEND...SOUL MATE!!

You think such people will fail in love?...Fail in married life?...How nice the family or home they will make will be...Is it not??

Why people are not satisfied with the people in procreative act??...Why relationships suffer because of this??

Dear all...THIS IS FOR ALL INTERESTED IN PROCREATIVE ACT!!....Why people are not satisfied with the people in procreative act??...Why relationships suffer because of this??

Animals indulge in procreative activity during the seasons when their body urge occurs. They are not motivated to repeat this pleasure behaviour all the time. They don't do it for recreation..i.e happiness, contentment and fulfillment of their mind because they don't have mind.

Human beings have a complex mind. They want contentment and fulfillment of their mind. They do procreative act for recreation...i.e for refreshing their mind. But unfortunately they do like animals...like for procreation...so, there is no recreation!...There is no contentment and fulfillment. Therefore, they are not satisfied inspite of repeating this behaviour....inspite of getting motivated towards repeating this pleasure behaviour!!

So, the point is, enter through the brain...mind...heart...soul...like a human being...and not through the body, like an animal!!...All the techniques we think are through the mind and heart are actually wrong...that is why there is no contentment and fulfillment!!

To have a good mental health, we have to have good social relationships with all. We can not live alone on this earth and have good health too.

We have to either have all types of relationships or perceive all kinds of relationships.

All living organisms need MOTHERLY LOVE AND CARE. This is basic, vital and necessary condition for good mental health. All other relationships are sufficient conditions.

When we make or perceive relationships with human beings, who generally can provide only conditional love, then we are sure to have disappointments often. Whereas we can get or perceive unconditional love with other living organisms and non living, provided our mind is positive, open and creative.

If you get a human being who can provide unconditional love you are too lucky. At any cost, don't lose that person and relationship. If you can perceive all types of relationships from a person, then also you are too lucky and don't lose that person or relationship at any cost!!

Only fantasy can not fulfill all the needs of relationships. More reality relationships means it is better. Fantasy can only fulfill the deficiencies partially.

When we give unconditional love to all living organisms, then we are sure to get or perceive all types of relationships from both living and non-living.

From others, every one perceives the relationships they miss in their life. Mismatches in perception of type of relationship leads to strained relationships and break-ups.

If we look forward for all types of relationships or many types of relationships from one person, conditionally, then we are going to stress ourselves, the other person and the relationship. Less the better. Best is, only one relationship.

One who gives motherly love, will win more hearts and can never feel lonely!!

With their gods, people can perceive all types of relationships. With nature also it is possible!!

Dear all...THIS IS FOR ALL...

Almost all the living organisms and plants are able to show unconditional love, have lots of resilience against odds of nature, able to live happily, healthily and peacefully or able to give us a perception of unconditional love. They all either have a primitive/ limited mind or do not have a mind.

But we, with advanced mind, complex brain, are unable to show unconditional love...unable to live peacefully, happily and healthily...and are not able to allow others also to get all these vitals.

Then how are we superior or what is the use in our superiority than them?

The biggest difference is that we WANT...WANT...WANT...loads and loads from others...so, we don't get happiness.

Where as these only give...give...give...so they get all that they want including love from everything and all of us!!
