Even those with low IQ can excel in life, grow in career ladder, retain their jobs...how?

All of us are born with different IQ. Does it mean only those with High IQ can shine in life? Only they can excel and reach high positions or retain their jobs?

No!!

Others with low IQ also can!!

There are many jobs wherein honesty, trustworthiness, truthfulness, financial integrity, following the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) meticulously, hard working ability are important. These can be done by low/average IQ people also.

So, there are jobs where the personality traits are more important than the IQ.

There are jobs where Emotional Intelligence and Spiritual Intelligence are important.

If we select those jobs, then we can retain the jobs and also excel in our career.
