hai g...thanks for the mail...just read on...

rams,

very impressive that 150 people are reading this email. hopefully people will be more aware of their behaviours and actions than before which is definitely a positive change. wish you the best once more!.....yeah..you are right...thanks a lot...

when we read about physical diseases too, we feel that we have all these diseases as we read about the disease and its symptoms...i think the same thing is happening when people read about different behaviours which is a natural phenomena...yeah...you are right...

your psychology teachers seem to be a colorful bunch...very interesting backgrounds...again proves that we should not think age as a barrier and just do what we want to do without imposing mental restrictions on oneself saying 'i am too old' etc...also good to acknowledge them as gratefulness opens up oneself to receive more and more blessings...at least i believe in that...the next batch has got few tens of people who are more than 50 yrs age!...infact more we grow old more we should use our brain...all the parts...as brain is the only part which rejuvenates more and more as we use it more...otherwise it dies!

i agree that credit should be given when it is due to a person for their accomplishments, etc...but i also notice something in you which i want to address here...this is just an open discussion...you know how people are always conscious of one thing or other...like for instance some are very conscious of how rich they are, some are conscious of how pretty they are etc...some time in my lessons i will explain the reason and the psychology of such behaviours......like that i feel you give too much importance to education and degrees...i haven't come to this conclusion just from one email or something....i have seen this with my other friends too..they give lot of importance to brand name schools where people studied...i call them 'intelligentsia'.......true.....as it gives the INTELLIGENCE level of a person...note...only the intelligence....not other aspects of such people....also i do not undermine the intelligence level of remaining....now read on...

regarding 'intelligentsia' i have something to say from my experience...sridhar went to one of top business school in USA...that gave me an opportunity to meet with the so called the best and brightest...i was really disappointed with most of the students because they were very egoistic lacking even the basic human qualities thinking of themselves as if they were gods or something...that behaviour was shocking to me...brand name schools mostly breed arrogance...i am not saying everybody was like that...there were some who were really good...but only a handful were good...but most of them were obnoxious...i see the same behaviour with most of the people who go to brand name schools...that is one of the reason i am not pushing my kids to go to the best of schools here...you are perfectly right...there is a ocean size topic known as ABNORMAL INTELLIGENCE in psychology.....all these people fall within this zone....it includes below normal and above normal intelligence.....it is a disorder....so, IITians and IIMians are people with disorder...surprising...is it!.....you might call me as a mad guy.....but this is truth.....!...so, again i want to say MOST OF WHAT WE FEEL RIGHT IS ACTUALLY WRONG!....MORE 'WRONGS' WILL COME UP IN LESSONS..... this is one among the topics i will cover in the lessons....in USA you have special institutions to teach these abnormal intelligence people...both for low and high intelligence....if you are impatient, you can search for this topic in one of the e books i have sent...in a nut shell when one trait is at its peak many other aspects of a human being are low.......all these people will not have a satisfying overall life!

all i am saying is we should stop judging people based on their education and degrees...that behaviour is the same as people who judge based on some other metrics like riches, looks etc...i wanted to tell you this...this email is not to pick on you...it is something i had to share with you in a healthy way...hope you don't mind, friend!.....haiyo...bossi...bossi....thanks for this mail....i do not judge a person based on one trait......the dominating trait only indicates the dominating characteristic of an individual......that is all....after reading psychology i am a ROUND person without faces, edges and corners!....by the way...i will transmit this mail...or part of it....to all contacts as part of the lesson tomorrow.....is it ok...?

(this mail is being read by nearly 150 experts all over the world who have gone upto MIT (USA) level to those high tech ladies presently in the kitchen)

today morning the first song I listened to was ‘Mudhal vanakkam endrum muruganukke….mun nindru kaakkum iraivanukke’ by seerkaazhi govinda rajan…

thank you for all those who said ‘the first thing I do every day is to read your mail’, ‘I found a drastic transformation in me during the last 15 days and others are also saying this’, ‘I look forward for your mail every day’ etc.

at this point I would like to give my ‘Mudhal Vanakkam’ to my teacher and inspirers in this education….

Mr Balasundaram – The 55 year old Chief Manager of Stage Bank of India who spends the whole day reading psychology books…what ever I am typing has been taught by him…and he is my ‘Guru’ and ‘father of (my) psychology’ knowledge…Thank you very much sir!

Mr Santhanakrishnan – The 68 year old retired IIT Chennai lecturer who in addition to being the CMD of his own 21 year old icon organisation in the industry and active member at corporate level of many elite organisations, did two courses simultaneously with Anna University and Bharathiar University…a sincere person…a true student …rare to see such a person of his age backed with achievements…was always on the ‘run’ (actually!) to departments and teachers during the break hours to avoid being late to the classes…was just a student and never showed his position in the society and industrial sector…shows his dedication and sincerity to studies even after reaching the helm of affairs in life…used to study during late hours…he inspired me during the studies.. His children after studies at BITS, Pilani and other elite institutions are at USA…he has handed over me to an international fame professor and scientist in psychology who has several decades of studies and research in this field…for my further studies. Thank you so much sir…you will be remembered by me throughout my life!

Dr Shantha kumari – Inspite of being a PhD in management and a faculty at PSGIM, behaved like a good student in the class…stood first in the class too…my inspirer! Thank you madam.

Now back to the lessons…

Some have also said ‘I am scared to read your mail but can’t resist myself from reading it’….one scientist has suggested the stage theory of behaviour correction…I take it as a procedure suggested by him not only to correct problem behaviours but also to force people to avoid problem behaviours to live happily and healthily without they knowing that they have been forced….this is what I am using…when the time comes I will explain this stage theory and my perception about it.

Some have said ‘I get a feeling that your mails are based on me / pointing my characteristics’….when I read the psychology text books I also used get the same feeling that they are about my behaviours…as the scientists have researched human beings and written those books and you are a human being with those characteristics you are feeling so…in fact everyone reading the mails will feel that it is pointed towards them…this shows the success of the scientists and their theories.

We have been discussing about the personality traits…how they are formed and what havoc they do in our lives…scientists have studied people with different traits and the health problems they face in their lives…accordingly they have categorized the personalities…as Type A, B, C etc…you might find some types of type A, B and C in you…the most prominent traits of a particular type will produce the most prominent health risks pertaining to that type…

We will see about the Type A personality traits, health risks for these people, how to correct the behaviours, how to avoid the health risks while retaining that behaviour, how to deal with the people with Type A personality trait etc tomorrow…

Till then…

Take long breaths and keep yourself relaxed!
