LESSON 11 ( Type A,B,AB & Cluster A,B,C )

Rams ,
the Psychology lessons...as You have said it.......
since you have sent so many other philosophers good mails too...with large contents  &  arasu's 3 things etc., it will take much time for all of us to read, digest (the matter )to get back to you ......i understand...so will wait and send the remaining lessons with a delay....
And mainly .......
Your lesson 11 ,
though it is easy to read &  understand at the first sight ,
when it comes to fixing anybody or ourselves in particular A/B /AB behavior or category there is a problem  as i feel mostly we all will have  AB mixed profile that also not uniform....yeah...you are right...the predominant trait will cause the illness relevant to that trait.... ( AB proportions changing at different situations )-unless like some people who are  having particular traits which are  predominantly noticeable ....yes...
( This I had asked you  in lesson 1 itself )....than i would have answered too....

As many had already pointed out , when we go through the lessons  it appears as if it is written depicting exactly our behavior though we may have it only in very small %.  Its our mind's perception

The cluster type of grouping is it more or less like Iam ok-You're not ok, Iam not ok-you are ok , Iam not ok- you are not ok  type  behaviors ?....not exactly...they are also A , B etc....only thing is they have used the jargon...not used talking language....type the jargon in the google and you can get the characteristics or personality traits.....

One more thing .... for changing the behavior ,

For e.g let us take the case of emotional behavior....
I have tried maintaining a diary, attacking that behavior by intentionally  facing even  worse ones    or  trying to be conscious etc.,( I have not done any psychology ...but I tried all this by myself as I wanted to try some methods  .... but I am surprised now  when experts have said the same thing , wow... I too have a psychologists traits  man !).....nature has endowed every human being with the 'thappichhukkufy' quality to save him from enemies....so, all of us have the understanding and predicting behaviour capability....and finding solutions for problems.....you have done it...good...it is one method of removing the confusion within us...by writing and bringing the clarity....good...keep it up...

ok... that works temporarily . But on the long run.....when days pass... you are in to some other  social routine or any big change happens in life , all that research fade away slowly and you  tend to fall back to your own behavioral pattern . ( Now don't say I have not practised enough ).....relapse prevention technique is there for every problem in psychology....we will see when time comes...

Now..When this is the case for a  known trait itself ......how to find out the mixed profile first of all and then to treat  it ......??....we have to handle trait by trait...not all together....

(Rams these just  my frank opinion based on my own  experience and watching others who say they have changed !) & I have not come across any great psychologist ! You are the first one .... Paavam !.....hihihi....thank you thank you....
....after seeing all this,
..... the best part I like in your lesson 11 is the last paragraph !
Just be in the now and all the problems are solved !....yes..yes...you are perfectly right...
(one last question.... Is it that easy ????)....
.yes..yes...once we are able to control our mind...this is achieved...food control is a must to control the mind...then practising yoga, meditation etc should help....if a person is generally a balanced person in life, then it should be easy for him....
cheers
