yes...you are right...every one perceives the belief of god in different ways...as known to them...as suitable to them...i keep myself a neutral person, so that i learn, without remaining biased!

so, my questions below are to just learn and not to criticize boss...ok vaa...so, porumaiyaa bhathil sollu...the way you used to answer with porumai during mit days...

What is difference between capital G or small g when we refer to god...is "God' different from 'god'?

yes...if we have to perceive god, we can only perceive with our brain...tiny brain...and what ever knowledge we have got...how can we perceive or understand god by other ways?

i agree we can never become equal to god...as it is the ultimate force or nature which has created us and rules us...in an invisible form...but people say that we can see god through people...god does not come...he only comes through people...as he is nature, he comes through nature...all nature's creations...so, i see god through all the creations of nature...god speaks to me through all these...i interact one to one with god like this...all animate and inanimate...

you might consider me as an atheist, but i go to temples...but i am different...i would like to go to temples when there is no crowd...when there is silence...peace...only the nature's voice...in the form of sounds of birds...leaves...air...etc...may be some temple bell sound...that is all...only me and the god...not others to distract...also i don't like all the 'social mappings' of god and spirituality on me...i.e do that pooja, worship like this only, only at this time, only on these days, only this god, go to that hill, go to that temple only, perform these rituals, these rites, don't go to the temples of other religion, we can not permit people of other religion here, we celebrate the festivals of only that religion, only that god...if you do these, only then god will bless you etc...there is no superstition when we talk about god...all man made beliefs and systems...god is universal...not the property of any religion or caste or race etc...so branding temples or gods only for certain religions etc i don't agree with...

yes...i agree...god is beyond our understanding...but to believe and follow we have to understand it in some form...some way...so, our forefathers understood that god comes in front of us through the nature and its creations...god comes in us if we have godly personality traits...this way we may not become god...but it means god likes us...god wants us...god is with us!

why only vedic knowledge, we have to have all sorts of knowledge...accept knowledge with brain doors wide open...why submissive only when we talk about god...we should always be submissive...i.e like low pressure zone ...like low temperature zone...low knowledge zone!...so that knowledge flows inside us without any restriction...like a 'madai thirantha vellam pol'...i.e as if the dam doors are opened the knowledge can gush through us...what ever knowledge it may be...divine...or science...or engg...or mgmt...or about god...

yes boss...i will go to all the places including ISKON as and when time permits in life...one day the day will come!

I am sure you will be surprised to receive response to this email from this unexpected corner. Just to set the understanding right I am sharing this with you.

As we do not fully know the meaning / definition of ‘God’ (note the capital ‘G’ which has lot of meaning) each one of us have our own understanding of God and we try to give our own definition of God with our tiny brain.  God is always God, we are always little humans we can never become equal to God. While we may have certain godly character that does not mean we become God.  A small child may imitate certain things that his father/mother does and but he can never become equal to his parents. This is simple logic for our easy understanding. God is beyond our logic/understanding/definition. God does not fit  our logic / does not fit our explanation and way beyond our understanding. To know a little bit about God we need to approach Vedic knowledge and try to understand in a submissive way. That is the right way. If you are seriously interested in the real philosophy and want to know the real definition of Karma yoga and many more interesting subjects may I request you to visit the Hare Krishna temple (International Society for Krsna Consciousness-ISKCON temple) at Coimbatore. I am sure this will be a big turning point of your life.

When i had an oppurtunity to be there in third year class when i asked 'who is first in class?' one thin girl from poor economic back ground got up and stunned me saying she is maintaining 96%!...when i heard that she is from tamil medium, an unheard off school in a village, cancer mother etc i collapsed!...it only means she has been scoring almost 100 in all subjects which is near to impossible at psg tech!...is this subbulakshmi not a part of god saraswathi?...presently works for 'microchip' bangalore! other day while conducting a mock interview at psg inst of mgmt, one guy amazed me with his answers, maintaining 80%. His eyes were struggling to see me, when asked reason he said he is suffering from blood cancer and loosing his sight!!!..son of a poor tailor!...the confidence in life which she showed is amazing and we are no where near him!...another god! when i was at kochi, one morning i was rushing to office in my scooter...heavy traffic ahead...urgent necessity at office...thevara bridge...no way of clearing traffic...i could see a slow moving ambulance blocking the way...pierced my way through the crowd with siren horn and speeded up...when crossing the ambulance, vehicle was slow...uphill...i could see a dead body inside...face visible...resembled my age...appeared as if he was asking me 'i was in your place few hours back. Now here!...you want to replace me?'...my vehicle never went fast after that in life!...even dead people teach many lessons from their life!...yes, they have become gods! many preach...these people teach through their deeds!...though they have oppurtunities to meet their needs through unfair means!...'who says' is not important...'what is said' is more important!...it may be a dead body, small child, poor person, a scavenger, or even a willow warbler...a bird half the size of a sparrow, weighing just 7 gms, migrates upto 12000 kms...from siberia to south africa...against all odds of weather, enemies, desert, seas, mountains, cold winds, without food and water, flying continuously for several hours....not to make crores...not to live with thousands of crores in AC rooms...not to become a god or a politician...but just to teach us the value of life, not to commit suicide for not being able to earn our food, value of hard work, value of doing just karma...and to tell us 'if i can, why not you!' why not we?????...we can also become gods like these people!...are you ready? rams
