nice to meet you again....received many mails that the lesson 7 was
toooooooo long that one guy in US slept for 7 hrs while reading the
mail........sorry...i will limit hereafter to small mails.....

when we use drugs to cure an illness then it is called DRUG USE....
when we use drugs for pleasure then it is called DRUG ABUSE....
when we give balanced and regular diet and use our body it is called BODY USE.....
when we donot give the above and use the body it is called BODY ABUSE.....
when we keep our mind cool and use it then it is called MIND USE.....
when we do not follow the 'mental hygiene' (this is another vast
area which we will see in the days to come) priniciples and flood it
with 'kuppai koolam' then it is called MIND ABUSE.....
all USES result in good health in a time bound manner......
all ABUSES result in bad health in a time bound manner....
i think it is enough for the day....now read the following mail and
